The hotel is located in a picturesque location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Climb up the serpentine to the hotel. We lived at the end of March, there was no snow anymore, only on the slopes where skiers and snowboarders ride. Friendly staff, fast check in, free parking. The room is spacious, clean, there are towels for the shower and for the pool separately, buffet breakfast. The only negative was that it was quite cool, the air conditioner for heat could be set to a maximum of +18. After calling the reception, they set it to +25, but after a while the maximum was only +18 again

Very nice hotel. Perfect location with mountain view. Effective services, attention to detail. Excellent cleaning. The food in the restaurant is not the best, while the breakfast buffet is very rich and plentiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice spa, relaxing place, even if the pool water was a bit cold. Overall very recommended.

La struttura è davvero bella e pulita, una vista bellissima dalle ampie finestre nella hall e dalla terrazza, personale molto gentile e preparato. La camera era confortevole e ben arredata. Abbiamo cenato sul posto e hannp un piccolo menù ma con degli ottimi piatti, anche la colazione abbondante, molto varia e con cibo di qualità, tutto fatto da loro, pane compreso, quindi niente cibi imbustati. Abbiamo usufruito anche dell'area wellness, secondo me unica nota dolente, poichè la vasca principale e l'idromassaggio erano popolati da famiglie con bambini al seguito, molto piccoli, che ovviamente piangevano, urlavano, facevano tuffi, con gonfiabili etc. Non sono riuscito a rilassarmi, quindi mi sono dovuto spostare nell'area saune, dove l'accesso è vietato ai bambini, anche se non amo la sauna e avrei preferito rimanere nell'idromassaggio. Quindi infine consiglio alla struttura di vietare l'intera area ai minori.
