Delicious breakfast, nicely designed lobby and bar… The hotel's location is great, with quick access to the city's major tourist attractions. There are many delicious restaurants.

Modern on the outside the interior exudes an air of old world grandeur. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view. Well located for the train station and also the centre of Trento. Both a few minutes walk away. We had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant. Started with a selection of local cheeses, followed by rare tuna and a selection of vegetables. The watermelon sorbet with mojito granita was an unusual and refreshing dessert. Impeccable service. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Die Eingangshalle macht erst mal richtig Eindruck. Das Personal ist wirklich bemüht. Was gibt es noch positives zu sagen… die Lage ist wirklich zentral. Im Zimmer waren wir gleich mal geschockt… absolut abgelebt, und für mich als Allergikerin die pure Katastrophe: Wolldecken, dicker Teppichboden und Vorhänge, und dann noch dazu „Wandtapeten“ aus Stoff. Das Abendessen dann lieblos aufs Teller geklatscht, die Nachspeise „Haustorte“ in der Mitte schon von selbst auseinander gebrochen, die Erdbeeren (Belag) komplett eingedörrt… bestimmt nie wieder!

Hotel a pochi passi dalla stazione, ben posizionato rispetto al centro storico. Camere pulitissime e insonorizzate, servizio eccellente e colazione di grandissima qualità e quantità. Ristorante interno eccezionale, ottimi prodotti al giusto prezzo. Pienamente soddisfatto.

Nice hotel, a little old fashioned for my taste, the location was perfect. Nice reception and lounge. Room: Decent size, however, the bed really needs a mattress. For a tall guy, the bed was nearly on the floor, and sadly, I came home with a bad back. It does not need the fancy gadgets for aircon/lights etc. Breakfast: Squeezed into such a small area and not enough staff at breakfast. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The selection was really quite bland and not great quality. The fresh peaches needed about another week to ripen. The meats and cheeses were nothing special, (I was thinking catering standard). No apple juice, and the orange juice was just awful, not sure what they did to that. No bacon one day, no eggs the next. They really do have only one working coffee machine for the entire hotel. Note that the rooms do NOT have tea/coffee making facilities, so a very long wait at breakfast time. Dinner: Truly awful service, and the food was not good at all. I also saw that they had the remains of the dinner at breakfast the next day.

Ogni volta che ho necessità di fermarmi a Trento,soggiorno in questo bellissimo Hotel che, devo dire con franchezza,non mi delude mai ! Posizione Centralissima, a due passi da tutto. Tra le sue tante caratteristiche, da evidenziare sono l' accoglienza,la disponibilità, il supporto risolutivo e la cortesia in ogni occasione. Continuate così 💯

Per la terza estate io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti del Grand hotel Trento è per la terza volta confermo che si tratta di un hotel con tutte le carte in regola . Nn ho dato un punteggio massimo perché quest'anno abbiamo avuto qualche problemino con L'aria condizionata ma bisogna anche dire che quest'anno il caldo è stato molto anomalo . Ci ritornerò tranquillamente

A distanza di ben sei anni confermo il mio giudizio: un Grand Hotel (anche se datato): di nome e di fatto. Personale gentilissimo, camere comode ed accoglienti, letti riposanti, bagno con adeguato kit di accoglienza. Spazi comuni spaziosi e riccamente ingentiliti. Da migliorare la comprensione dell’ arzigogolato meccanismo di gestione al comodino della temperatura della stanza. Caffè purtroppo peggiorato. In ogni caso, sempre consigliato per il conveniente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie, a presto !
