This place is a literal hellhole, run by the most foul, aggressive, and utterly vile woman I have ever encountered. From the second I arrived, she zeroed in on me like some deranged animal, screaming at me because of my piercings. Are you serious? Who in their right mind thinks it’s okay to treat paying guests like dirt just because of how they look? And it doesn’t stop there. This disgusting woman made my entire stay an absolute nightmare. The place is swarming with screaming, out-of-control kids, running wild with zero supervision. Don’t expect a moment’s peace – it’s like being trapped in a never-ending circus of chaos. The noise is unbearable, and the woman running this place couldn’t care less. She’s too busy being an absolute tyrant to care about her guests’ comfort. But here’s where it goes from terrible to downright *dangerous*. This woman – if you can even call her that – THREATENED me. She had the nerve to say, “If you break my chairs’ legs, I’ll break your bloody legs.” Let me make this clear: I was THREATENED WITH VIOLENCE for no reason other than sitting on a chair! I have never been treated with such disgusting, abusive behavior in my entire life. This woman is a menace, a complete disgrace to humanity, and someone who should be locked away for the way she treats people. Hostel Univella is not just a bad hostel – it’s a place where you’re made to feel unsafe, where you’re screamed at, insulted, and treated like garbage by a boss who has absolutely no business running anything. I was honestly afraid for my safety. This woman is dangerous, unhinged, and a complete and utter failure as a human being. To anyone even *thinking* of staying here, I BEG you to stay away. This place is run by an abusive, horrible woman who thinks it’s okay to verbally attack and threaten her guests. Hostel Univella should be shut down IMMEDIATELY, and that woman should be ASHAMED of herself. Stay far, FAR away unless you want to be treated like absolute garbage by a monster in human form.
