Établissement tenu à la perfection. Personnel très attentionné et disponible. Petits déjeuners en terrasse ombragée avec des produits locaux tels que des fruits frais, un jus de fruit frais maison différent chaque jour pour débuter, plus des confitures maison. Un gâteau fait maison différent chaque matin... Côté logement, l'endroit est très beau. C'est une maison d'artistes au dessus dune galerie d'art. La décoration est de très bon goût. La literie est excellente comme le reste. A découvrir !!

Siamo stati in questa Villa quasi per caso perché la ricerca non è stata semplice e’ un b&b ma anche casa vacanze, sarebbe meglio anche per voi essere più chiari in particolare per la ricerca on line Premesso questa precisazione ,conosciamo molto bene i luoghi quindi non mi dilungo, sempre stupendi e rilassanti anche per una semplice passeggiata sul lungolago di Lenno. Siamo stati accolti da due signore squisite , gentili, affabili .. da sentirsi a casa e coccolati. Colazione ottima anche se non sarebbe male poter scegliere o servirsi a buffet. Pulizia e ordine impeccabile. Giardino e fiori splendidi , sono un amante e quindi noto anche questo dettaglio. La Villa e’ ristrutturata , con un tocco di classe architettonica che mantiene lo stile purtroppo devo notare la mancanza di un ascensore necessario per i bagagli e non solo visto le norme vigenti per una struttura pubblica e il rumore serale del traffico , ovviamente imprescindibile dalla struttura però può dare fastidio se non si è abituati . Complimenti comunque e grazie per il rilassante soggiorno

Nous y sommes restés deux nuits et avons apprécié : le style de cette superbe construction,l L’accueil,le petit-déjeuner,la situation géographique,la surface de notre logement,le parking.la décoration,les informations fournies. Mais beaucoup trop de niveaux et donc d’escaliers à gravir pour atteindre votre chambre ( équivalence à quatre étages) Éviter absolument la partie avec des fenêtres sur la rue très passante et bruyante dès 5h30 du matin. Au final l’expérience était intéressante mais nous préférons nettement séjourner dans un des nombreux hôtels un peu anciens et face au lac qui est calme et magnifique

We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake.
We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep.
The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic.
I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old
The staff are very lovely, helpful. Special mention to Nejla who gave us lots of recommendations & nothing was an issue.
There are not a lot of restaurants in the area as it’s not centrally located in any of the larger towns however there is a lovely walking path to get around.
There is also a nice little beach to swim in the lake about a 2 minute walk from the apartments and a small restaurant that is nice right out the front which was great for afternoon aperitif or dinner.
Excellent spot of you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the large towns. Also parking on site was great.

We stayed in Sophia a wonderful apartment with an outside terrace offering amazing views of Lake Como. Our hosts were incredibly attentive & helpful. The personalised breakfast provided by the ever helpful Nejla was served outside giving us a memorable start to the day. There is a safe walled walk to a local supermarket & attractions in Lenno. Highly recommend taking the public ferries from Lenno to visit other towns around Lake Como such as Varenna or Bellagio. Only downside of this spectacular property is the very busy & noisy rd on the other side of the property which impacted on our tranquil retreat.

The owner was very friendly and most helpful in every way. The entire property was spotless and the breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this accommodation.
