Hôtel bien placé 15 a 20 minutes des plages , beaucoup de restaurant a coté, zone d'activité avec des magasin , hôtel propre mérite une rénovation et pour le prix ce n'est pas cher du tout.

Nous avons passé une nuit et avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, idéale pour une étape économique. Le personnel à la réception était super accueillant et disponible! ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très facile et rapide. Les sanitaires communs étaient bien entretenus. Seul petit bémol: la moquette de la chambre mériterait d'être remplacée pour améliorer le confort. Dans l'ensemble, un bon choix pour une halte à petit budget.

Chambre propre et calme avec un prix très raisonnable . petit déjeuner très correcte. l'accès a l'hôtel est simple avec un parking et wifi gratuit. l'accueil est parfait, il faut peu être mettre a disposition des clients un téléviseur pour regarder les infos quand on prend le petit déjeuner.

Emplacement idéal juste à côté de la nationale. La chambre est fonctionnelle pour une nuit et à un prix abordable. Les douches et les toilettes sont propres, bien que la réceptionniste ait été en train de les nettoyer pendant la nuit, ce qui était un peu dérangeant. Cependant, tant que tout est propre, cela me convient. De plus, le parking et le Wi-Fi sont gratuits.

J'ai passé 5 jours agréables dans cet hôtel lors de ma visite de la région, et je le recommande sans hésiter. L'accueil a été très chaleureux. La propreté était au rendez-vous. Les chambres étaient propres, bien entretenues et le ménage était fait tous les jours. L'hôtel est bien situé, ce qui m'a permis de visiter facilement Saint-Brieuc et ses environs. C'est un bon point pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la région tout en bénéficiant d'un hébergement pas cher. En plus, les prix sont très abordables. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un séjour agréable sans se ruiner. En résumé, si vous cherchez un endroit simple, propre, accueillant et à petit prix pour séjourner à Saint-Brieuc, l'Hôtel F1 est une très bonne option. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage dans la région !

No frills but perfectly good.
This is a 40 Euro twin room. Probably the cheapest hotel room I have ever had in Europe. Perfectly good for a cheap night's sleep - we used it for 5 hours.
