Ein Paradies für Kinder – mit Abstrichen bei Kulinarik und Sauberkeit Der Trebersingerhof ist ein ausgesprochen kinderfreundliches Familienhotel, das besonders durch seine vielfältigen Angebote für die kleinen Gäste überzeugt. Der großzügige Außenbereich, die liebevoll gestaltete Wasserwelt sowie der Indoor-Spielbereich sind modern, abwechslungsreich und hervorragend ausgestattet – ein echtes Highlight für Familien mit Kindern. Weniger überzeugen konnte leider die Qualität und Vielfalt der Verpflegung. Das Speisenangebot war insgesamt wenig abwechslungsreich, insbesondere für Kinder wurden sehr häufig Pommes und Chicken Nuggets serviert. Zudem wirkten viele Saucen und Suppen wie Fertigprodukte, was insbesondere für Gäste mit Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten – in meinem Fall eine Histaminintoleranz – problematisch ist. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit besteht aus unserer Sicht Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Anlage machte insgesamt keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck, und in unserem Zimmer war die Reinigung leider nicht gründlich. Fazit: Der Trebersingerhof bietet ein tolles Freizeitangebot für Kinder, lässt jedoch bei der Gastronomie und Sauberkeit deutlich Luft nach oben.

Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. Es wurde deutlich das an Personalkosten gespart wird. Keine direkten Wanderwege neben dem Hotel sondern Schnellstraße und Parkplatz. In Summe Preis Leistung super.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, die ganze Familie hat diesen Urlaub sehr genossen die Kärnten Card ist ein großes Plus - diese war im Preis inkludiert die Zimmern sind sehr schon und mit Balkon der Pool und Wellness sind sehr gepflegt wir kommen sicherlich nochmal

Schönes Hotel Für Kinder ein Paradies, leckere Hauptspeisen vor allem der Fisch Freundliches Personal, wir kommen bestimmt wieder mit unsere Familie Die Kinder haben die Eisvariationen und die Säfte sehr genossen Das Personal sprechen nicht alle deutsch aber sind sehr bemüht Ich wünsche im Zukunft mehr Gläser am Buffet Das Zimmer war sauber auch wenn die Zwischenreinigung nicht dabei war.

Quite difficult to be positive but also negative. The hotel is approximately a 5-minute drive from the highway. Reception is very pleasant and friendly. Parking is available directly at the Hotel, but approximately 200 meters away. There is sufficient parking space. Fortunately, you can unpack at the hotel. Our room (no. 311) had a really mediocre view. Room is spacious for 2 adults and 2 smaller children. The room even is not exceptional. There is certainly overdue maintenance on the left and right. WiFi is very poor. Beds were reasonable and had 1 pillow. I thought the bathroom was small for one. Children's room had its own toilet. That was very pleasant. There was a safe (which was not working when we arrived, it was repaired the next day), plenty of closet space and a refrigerator. You could sit outside and enjoy the not very beautiful view (1 table and 2 chairs). There were 4 bathrobes available! The lack of shampoo and a mini bar of soap was very poor and other items (for example body lotion) were not available. Just very bad. The room has no air conditioning (fortunately it cools down quite a bit in the evening). Typical Austrian that you have to press the button every time to turn on the light. Old-fashioned in a time of home automation. It was an exceptional place for the children to play, nice swimming pool (outdoor pool was very warm and suitable for cold weather). It is a fun and safe place for the children to play. We were semi-retired. We thought that was downright very bad. A soup kitchen is even better. Not good. The breakfast was also mediocre. Conclusion: very friendly staff, great for children up to about 10 years old, food very poor and too salty, poor WiFi and a room that could use some work. Absolutely 4 balls for the children, but just 2 balls for the parents. Given the very high price (we paid almost 700 euros for 2 nights half board) we will certainly not return. Our expectations were high, partly due to the high price, but price and quality are not at all compatible. Disappointment
