Terrible Value. The hotel has no safe, no microwave, no pool, no parking. You are forced to valet for an additional daily charge. There is no way to latch the bathroom door-just a sliding barn door and there’s no shower curtain. The hotel is definitely targeted toward business trips, not families. Either way, it’s a terrible value for what you get compared to other hotels in the area. Despite being a member, I couldn’t get a late check out. Will not come back.

This review is for the Roof Top Bar...Whlie the sites are great, service is weak an so a are the drinks...On the 18th of July we were there at 2pm, pretty crowded, but it is FRIDAY and the summer in TC.....Just one Bartender, wow- that is amazingly lazy of the management...this guy was swamped, and he was slow......he also straight up lied when he made a cocktail that said it had TITOS vodka in in it, I watched him make the drinks, he used the rail vodka, clearly he did, but yet he said it was TITOS...wrong! We are locals, so this is not cool at all...we'll be letting all our freinds know that this place continues to struggle to get quality employees and is deceptive in its service area.....the view is amazing, but service should be driving customer reviews...we'll not be going back!!

Paid in advance for Bay view rooms- got a wonderful view of the front door instead - No luggage trolley or porter available for luggage - No water bottles offered on arrival - Ordering and getting breakfast takes infinite patience This is way below the standard of IHG, even by US standards, and is particularly galling considering we booked well in advance direct with the hotel

The hotel was nice and it is right downtown within walking distance of many restaurants. The bed seemed small for a king size. The roof top restaurant was closed (off season) but there was some type of event going on up there as we could hear the bass of the music well past 11 at night. You have to valet your car, cost is 18 a day, and during peak times you can wait quite some time for the one attendant to get everyones car one at a time.
