We had a good stay, room 237, soft mattress, typical breakfast, good coffee, flavored creamers, A/C worked well, good lighting, very hot water in bathroom, fridge/no freezer area & microwave, the room was clean, nice location beaches nearby.

Nice place. Much better price than other hotels, good location AND way more comfy beds than other hotels we’ve stayed at in traverse city in this same price range. We had party of 5. Two room suite. It was good. Clean, safe. Small but nice pool.

We stay here whenever we are in the area. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is great with many choices—something for everyone! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, but a special shout out is due for General Manager Mark Belanger for allowing us to print a form in his office and even supplying a mailing envelope and stamps. Great above and beyond service! Thanks, Mark!

Holli is incredible! Highly recommend requesting to have her as your server. She is wonderful, and has great knowledge of the menu. All of her recommendations were fabulous, and her kind and down to earth demeanor made our experience truly perfect! I hope to see her again when we are in town next and come back! Truly our favorite Traverse city restaurant.

This Chain is by far one most f our favorites rooms are very clean and comfortable every thing works for a enjoyable stay. Breakfast was pretty good juice waffles were my go to today enjoyed them a lot. Breakfast area was clean and setup well lobby was awesome huge fireplace with big screen over local news was on for the buck you could not beat this establishment about a $100.00 dollars cheaper that other chains. Had a small issue with jacuzzi manger adjusted price with no discussion at all enjoy your savings and your stay..

Great experience all the way around. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, real breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location to just about everything. Will definitely return if my business brings me that way.

Best customer service we've received in years! From the minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Every employee we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Texted us to make sure we had what we needed. They all actually made it seem like they appreciated us being there. The room is slightly worn but clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a night during a business trip. Nice clean and quiet hotel. The room was a little on the smaller side, but it was nice and suited my needs just fine. The staff was super polite and friendly. The desk clerk offered up some sightseeing suggestions and even a map. It is close to everything along the lakefront and the restaurant, the Cottage, next door to it was really good. So is Third Coast Bakery just a block away. I would definitely stay here again.
