The condo is as represented in the photos and was very clean. Fantastic location - close to restaurants and bars as well as the Tart bike trail. We loved all the recommendations provided by the owner who was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Our stay was exceptional! The condo was bright, impeccably clean, and incredibly user-friendly, making it a perfect home away from home. I absolutely loved having the park directly across the street; it provided a lovely space for relaxation and enjoyment. The environment was extremely quiet and peaceful, contributing to a truly restful stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking comfort and tranquility in downtown Traverse City!

Comfortable & walkable TC condo
Our family has an excellent time staying at Ryan’s place. It was clean and as described. The location is fantastic - walkable to downtown shop & restaurants and a couple of great beaches. The condo was comfortable and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Ryan and the staff provide an experience you will treasure. My family was very pleased, especially my wife. She is pampered and has high standards. This Condo met all her standards in a property she would use again. She called her girlfriend, and now her girlfriend is trying to book a honeymoon for her in August. My family has already decided that we will be here at least twice a year.

The condo was clean and had all the conveniences for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The first floor location is very convenient for strollers annd loading/unloading luggage. Excellent location within walking distance to all the shops on Front St and the beaches. My kids loved the playground park right across the street. Parking is included and easy. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would definitely stay again!
