You'll enter on the ground level through a private garage. To access the main level (living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room), you'll immediately climb one set of stairs. Go up another set of stairs to access the two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The private rooftop deck is accessible from a spiral staircase. One parking space is provided in the private garage. Great Location for TC Access The place was as described and a great location on the West side of town for walking to anything once you have arrived. We used it primarily for the beds, so can't say much about all the amenities but everything seemed nice, clean and new.

Little get away Such a beautiful condo!! We loved the location…close to restaurants, bike paths and beaches. Everything was as described and Steph was great to work with and quick responses!! We will be back!!!

First time to Traverse City Slabtown is conveniently located to the downtown area. It was very rainy for our visit so we didn't walk much, but it is definitely walkable to restaurants and shops. The townhome's decor and furnishings were quite nice, very clean and it felt like home. We appreciated that everything you would need was provided, and that the kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with necessities. The check in and departure information was very clear and communication with our Host was excellent! We also really appreciated the very informative virtual Guidebook that was provided! We will definitely book Slabtown for any future visits.

Wonderful space! We enjoyed the location of the unit as well the space overall. It was perfect for our family! The weather was beautiful allowing use of the roof top deck. Steph was a great host and communicated with us to prepare for our stay and throughout our stay.
