Der c/i hat samt anstehen 80Minuten gedauert, da nur eine Mitarbeiterin zur Verfügung stand. Nach 40 Minuten wurde uns ein "Wartesekt" angeboten, der Bitte nach etwas alkoholfreiem, wie einer Apfelschorle wurde zwar nachgekommen, das Gesicht des Kollegen sagte aber alles, klare Ablehnung... Gebucht haben wir ein Komfortzimmer, haben den Bilder entsprechend auch eines dieser erwartet, bekommen haben wir 305. In diesem haben wir keine Bank im Dampfbad gehabt, bzw nur einen Klappstuhl... Das Dampfbad funktionierte beim ersten Einschalten nicht, erst beim Nachjustieren der Deckenkontakte hat es sich eingeschaltet... Der TV ist quer zum Bett angebracht, ein TV schauen aus dem Bett heraus ist faktisch nicht möglich... Die gesamten Gläser im Zimmer waren schmierig, aus der Erfahrung heraus behaupte ich, dass diese im Zimmer "gewaschen" und mit einem Tuch nur ausgewischt wurden... Die Fussbodenleisten vor dem Fenster sind abgelöst... Die Frühstückszeit musste bei C/I direkt festgelegt werden... Die Sauna war das ganze Wochenende defekt... Das Frühstück war gut. Das Management war nicht im Haus, auf mehrfache Anfragen per Email wird nicht reagiert. Dieses Verhalten verärgert mich eigentlich am meisten. Leider alles in allem miserabel und nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Frühstück immer das gleiche es wurde schleppend nachgelgt oder auf Anfrage.
Daher 22€ ein bisschen zu teuer für Ware aus der Packung

Leider hatten wir Probleme beim Check - In und es hat bis abends 22h gedauert bis das Schlafsofa von unserem Sohn bezogen wurde. Das war leider sehr ärgerlich und vom Service sehr schlecht.
