Sehr schönes, großzügiges Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr guter Service, schöner Spa-Bereich, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, ausgezeichnete Lage direkt an der Lübecker Bucht in Strandnähe. Bequeme Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖPNV.

Wir waren in der Dependance untergebracht. Diese gefiel uns sehr gut , alles sehr neuwertig und dem Standard entsprechend . Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, war unser Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig. Wir hatte die Idee in den Wellnessbereich zu gehen . Leider verschwieg man uns das die Sauna erst um 16:00 Uhr angestellt wird . Wegen der Kosten ?! Als wir uns am Ende darüber beschwerten sagte man uns : das steht ja überall. Wir haben uns auf die Sylvesterparty gefreut . Diese kostet mit Fingerfoot 100 Euro pro Person . Geboten wurde ein Fingerfoot den ich schlechter noch nicht gegessen habe . Currywurst und Sandwich ohne Belag . Alles sehr minderwertig . Der Sekt um Mitternacht warm . Wir beschwerten uns und andere Gäste standen uns sofort bei . Am nächsten Tag haben wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert auch hier bestätigte man uns das es mehrere Beschwerden gab. Eine Mail bzw . 2 email an den Hoteldirektor wurden mit Standard Formulierungen beantwortet. Und nein, eine 2 Chance wie so schön geschrieben ,wird das Hotel zumindest Sylvester nicht bekommen .

Tolle Lage und schöne Zimmer, der Service ist äußerst zuvorkommend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich gut. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Auch der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Ein wirkliches Grandhotel mit stets freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern in bester Lage. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ein abendlicher Cocktail in der Bar mit Blick auf die abfahrenden und hereinkommenden Schiffe ist ein absolutes "Muss".

Ein Klassiker in Travemünde, zu dem ich immer wieder zurückkehren. Besonders die Zimmer unter dem Dach sind sehr gemütlich und toll ausgestattet. Der Service ist immer sehr freundlich und das Frühstück wundervoll. Der Barbereich ist relativ klein, aber durchaus einen Besuch wert. Leider wurde an Hessen und Decken gespart, für den Preis hätte ich mir hier Daunenfüllungen gewünscht oder hochwertigere Füllungen. Ansonsten alles prima.
