Hotel has gone down hill a lot in the last 2 years. Food quality, and hotel rooms have things in need of repair. We will not be returning. The pool was disgusting.

The room itself was fine…until we walked into the bathroom. It looked like someone had been bleeding in the shower with red/brown stains. Not to mention the pipe they had for a handle. Both my husband and I opted not to shower while we stayed there for one night. Bring your shower shoes!

The rooms were dirty, with pet hair, and had an unpleasant odor. There was black mold in the sink. The shower spewed water all over. The internet was not working nor the tv. The gym and the pool were out of order. The air conditioner in the common areas was out of order. The breakfast was not fresh. The walls were thin and it was very loud from next door. Management never answered when I called to discuss the issues.

Sheets were stained and itchy. Bed frame cover was stained. Window curtains were stained. Light socket looked like it had something like dried blood on it. TV in the bedroom didn’t work and staff was unhelpful. Furniture was ripped. Shower pressure was awful. At checkout, they told me they couldn’t give me a receipt because they thought I made the reservation through ******* even though I made it directly through best Western. Overall, just a Not so good experience. Definitely won’t return to this hotel.

The customer service is incredible. The hotel is a bit older, but the staff is outstanding and will do whatever they can to make your stay the best possible. They were not serving eggs in the morning, and I have a gluten allergy, so I could not eat. Without asking, the kitchen lady made me eggs and delivered them to my table. One of the nicest gestures I have had in years! She did not have to do this, but she did. AMAZING!!

The front desk staff was so kind and helpful- truly a great experience. Room was clean, and the overall experience was exceptional. I even enjoyed the music they have playing in the lobby. The breakfast area was also clean and very well stocked.
