No information provided about how to access property. When I arrived at 9pm I had to text the property manager for 30 minutes before she was willing to provide me the access codes needed to enter the property. Property manager was consistently rude, unhelpful, blamed *******, blamed myself, and was not interested in actually helping me to access the room I had paid for and reserved. After 30 minutes of passive aggressive texting I was finally emailed access codes - but was assigned a different room outside of the main house which I had to access by driving down a different dark road - with no lights on or ability to see the names of the building or room I was supposed to be accessing. I was told I was being "upgraded" to a new room. The new room no longer included the breakfast part of the bed & breakfast promised. This room had a dirty bathtub, broken down lamp, couch, and dresser. The main home seemed lovely - but that was not the experience I was provided. The person I interacted with was a total nightmare. I hope she was just a severely unhappy employee and not the actual owner - because she clearly is not a successful or trustworthy business person.
