Das gebuchte Superiorzimmer war in Ordnung. Geräumig und sauber. Leider kein Balkon. Das Hotel hat aber wohl seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Das Frühstück war "dünn", aber ausreichend. Abendessen zum Teil sehr verbesserungswürdig, besonders die völlig überzuckerten Salate. Die auf der Website und Buchungsportalen angereisten Sauna ist seit Jahren defekt. Wenn man wie wir extra wegen der Sauna dort gebucht hat, ist das sehr ärgerlich. Noch dazu hat man das an der Rezeption vehement als "sowieso nicht buchbar" verteidigt. Einfach lächerlich und schlechter Service!!

Super natürlich und ohne schnickschnack schön ordentlich und sauber!Immer wieder gerne in einer tollen Natur abzuspannen und den Wellen zu lauschen und nebenbei die Insel Usedom als Perle mit all ihren Vorzügen kennenzulernen und somit zu lieben!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal für eine Woche vor Ort und haben uns wie schon zuvor extrem wohlgefühlt. Lage und Zimmer waren super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig, das Abendessen im Restaurant schmackhaft und stimmungsvoll. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub; wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage im Küstenwald. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Kostenlose Unterstellmöglichkeit für die mitgebrachten E-Bikes. Überaus freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen. Alles ist frisch zubereitet und lecker angerichtet. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig aber schön eingerichtet. Alle Möbel sind neuwertig. Das Bad ist groß und funktional. Alles ist sehr sauber.
