3-Star Hotels in Traralgon

The hotel is on the left side of the road, but it takes a circle to get in. When we arrived at more than 5 pm, the hotel had no staff. There is a phone number on the door. For English-speaking people, you can call to know where the key is placed. We don’t understand English. Fortunately, we met an enthusiastic elderly person who came to stay. Help us call. Finally, I got the key under the floor mat at the door and checked out the next day. I found out that there was a double floor mat at the door of our room. Probably the boss knew that we were foreigners and didn't put the key in the password box. The room has a big bed, a small bed, a microwave, a refrigerator. The bedding and towels are very clean.

Facing the street, very convenient. When I went to find food in the evening, I found a Chinese restaurant that had no news on the public comment. There was no Chinese waiter but the product was not bad. It should be a Chinese cook.

Nice and quiet. Simple adequate, clean lodging for a traveler on the way through.

What it looks like in website is not what it is when you be there, Most of the kids play was close Could not charge my ev on site it was just normal plug in… Need to update website and venue

Nice new Hotel. Too bad you can't open the windows. The display for operating the A/C looks very modern and simple. However, you could only choose the temperature and no other options. great that a laundry is offered. however, it does not appear to be well maintained. the washing machine was quite dirty. Not only was the dryer super dirty, but the drum was also damaged. The whole laundry room does not make a very neat impression. Pity.

The service from the receptionist (Kavi) is excellent, expecting a hot tub/ spa in the king studio all the way to Traralgon, however we only knew it doesn’t have any spa or hot tub included although it was stated on their website 🥲 other than that, the room is spacious and comfortable, the food is great as well

Room was great but did smell like smoke, also hair dryer kept over heating and some pillows were very lumpy. The beds were great.

The acting manager was very chatty and helpful. Loved the breakfast. All linen etc clean but sadly room 12 needed a spring clean. Curtains, two seater and bathroom skirting board etc needed a good going over. Grubby!!!
