The hotel is located on the highway, a good choice for those who are on the way. The hotel room is very large, and bottled water and slippers are not provided. Overall, it feels that there are relatively few people staying. For breakfast, you can choose to have a buffet or order meals, and the overall feeling is quite satisfactory.

The service from the receptionist (Kavi) is excellent, expecting a hot tub/ spa in the king studio all the way to Traralgon, however we only knew it doesn’t have any spa or hot tub included although it was stated on their website 🥲 other than that, the room is spacious and comfortable, the food is great as well

Really enjoyed my stay ~ just was not long enough!! Room 17 was spacious, warm, and the bed was cosy. Shower was hot ~ and included shampoo & conditioner! Room service available, which i did not use as we dined at the on site cafe. Lots of parking, easy to locate, and clean! Would stay again!
