Esperienza da dimenticare. Le camere erano sporche, vecchie e malridotte, con mobili rotti e lenzuola macchiate. Il bagno era in condizioni indecenti, con muffa ovunque e cattivi odori. Il cibo? Un incubo. Pietanze di scarsa qualità, immangiabili, e la carne addirittura servita cruda con la plastica ancora sopra! Un rischio per la salute, oltre che un’offesa ai clienti. Personale scortese e per nulla interessato alle segnalazioni. Questo posto andrebbe completamente ristrutturato o, meglio ancora, chiuso! Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Pessima esperienza, da evitare assolutamente! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e non riesco a trovare un solo aspetto positivo. Le camere erano sporche, con mobili vecchi e rovinati, muri scrostati e un odore sgradevole ovunque. Il bagno in condizioni pietose, con muffa e scarico malfunzionante. Il cibo? Semplicemente disgustoso. Pasti di bassissima qualità, carne servita cruda e addirittura cotta con pezzi di plastica ancora attaccati! Un vero rischio per la salute. Il personale sembrava completamente disinteressato alle lamentele, e l’intera struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto: spendete i vostri soldi altrove, perché questo è senza dubbio uno degli hotel peggiori in cui sia mai stato! Ed è meglio non aggiungere altro,fidatevi!!

Buena estancia.
El hotel está muy bien. Suficientemente cerca de Taormina como para llegar rápido en coche pero lo bastante lejos como para estar tranquilo y poder aparcar. Tiene parking i un supermercado al lado. La habitación estava bien, cómoda y moderna. El baño mejorable, tratándose de un hotel de 4 estrellas. La pintura de la pared estaba saltando y la ducha era demasiado estrecha. La recepcionista fue muy simpátixa.

Where to start... The hotel is the worst hotel I've ever visited, unclean and stinky, it was a miserable experience. The external staircase caused many injuries and the door wouldn't open from the outside. The room architecture was awful, and in one of my friends rooms, cockroaches in the toilet. The food was undercooked and dirty, my friend got served raw chicken and raw pasta. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS HELLHOLE OF A HOTEL

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte due adulti ed un bimbo.....diciamo che le condizioni dell albergo non sono ottimali avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di lavori e di una rinfrescata generale...odore di muffa ovunque ...anche le pulizie soprattutto sei bagni in camere dovrebbe essere migliorate.....non sono rimasta molto entusiasta

Assieme ad alcuni amici ho trascorso le mie vacanze estive in Sicilia alloggiando in questo albergo. Purtroppo non si possono dare zero stelle e non so neanche da dove iniziare. Dall'odore terribile nell'attraversare il cupo corridoio per arrivare alle camere , oppure dalle camere stesse con i letti , sicuramente non i più comodi, la cosa peggiore è stato l'episodio legata al portafoglio: lasciato lì la mattina e non più ritrovato, all'interno del quale vi erano anche dei soldi. Fatevi un favore , non ci andate.

Innanzitutto l'albergo è in condizioni indecenti, vero e proprio degrado soprattutto dal punto di vista della pulizia delle camere (abbiamo addirittura trovato nidi interi di formiche), il frigo non funziona, il condizionatore peggio ancora , il personale è scortese e poco professionale e poi mi hanno derubato del portafogli contenente dei soldi che avevo lasciato in stanza e hanno fatto finta di nulla quando me ne sono lamentato(da sottolineare il fatto che ci siano scale di emergenza esterne con porta sempre aperta da cui è facile l'accesso alle camere di hotel l ) ...SCAPPATE PIÙ LONTANO POSSIBILE DA QUESTO POSTO
