The space Our 2022 build has a master bedroom on the main floor with an attached full private bath. Laundry, half bath on main floor adjacent to a large open living/kitchen/dining space. Upstairs bedrooms - one large room with queen bed, smaller room has a trundle full sized bed with a twin that pulls out from underneath. Upstairs bathroom is shared. Entertainment area upstairs features a 65” television with ps4 and Switch. Digital surround sound. Our favorite feature of this new home is a large deck, eating area, new grill, patio umbrella and patio heater. The deck looks out over the neighborhood with a distant view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It has a latching gate so your kids (furry or otherwise) can be safely confined while you dine and relax. The large yard is fully enclosed and gated, but please supervise your pets at all times. Bike wash setup at entry way and lockable bike rack. Guest access Main house and enclosed garage.
