Common areas of hotel are a bit outdated but rooms are nice and with a fridge!
Receptionists are very helpful and breakfast is nice but the cooked food should be kept in a warmer, every morning bacon and eggs where stone cold.

It is an excellent place, even for families. It is close to the train station, and every spot in Trani is close, less than a 15-minute walk. The breakfast is amazing, like a buffer. I enjoyed my five-day reservation.

I am baffled by an episode that happened in the structure but above all by the response given by the hotel manager both personally there in the structure and following a review made on the site.
we booked for one night with breakfast and sent an email to guarantee a "normal" service being celiac. arrived at the facility (very dated and not at all clean) I again underlined my now well-known allergy in 2023, guaranteeing not to worry. well, arrived in the breakfast room I look around but there was absolutely nothing that had gluten-free typing if not unripe fruit and jam to eat with what???? the dining room staff was in great discomfort because they hadn't been warned and they brought me a small packet of chocolate biscuits that not everyone can like! that's all! this is my paid breakfast like everyone else! clearly I complained about the inconvenience and I also felt attacked by the manager, emphasizing that the structure is not 5-star! meh! now a common person with celiac disease must essentially book a 5-star hotel? it was enough to say SORRY! instead he saw fit to reply to my review with a thrilling lie! she accused me of doing it to get a discount!! but what discount? but is it possible that they hand over an IBIS structure to such a superficial person? a nice bath of humility and just when you feel you've arrived the surprise question arrives! ...without sensitivity.

The structure is dated, but not bad because it has a great location. The problem is that the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, stairs dirty and full of dust, bathroom indecent as to seem not clean at all.
