Ein Traumhotel inmitten der Stadt, das Ambiente perfekt, wenige Meter vom kleinen Hafen entfernt, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants in Gehweite entfernt. Das Haus war ein ehemaliges Palais von einem Bürgermeister, heute innen modernst renoviert. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, echt super!

ho soggiornato in questo albergo per una notte durante una trasferta di lavoro. Location molto suggestiva in un palazzo d’epoca con soffitti altissimi, arredamento moderno curato e di classe materasso super comodo scelta di cuscini: mi sono trovata davvero bene! Gli unici punti negativi sono il bagno non finestrato e la camera in generale un po’ buia, ma sono dovuti alle caratteristiche strutturali.

The only positive about this hotel was the view of the harbour-fantastic. It was well located.
The floor was filthy. Room clean up had to be done before 11am.

Since the WiFi did not work during our entire stay (with staff members ignoring the problem instead of fixing it), we ended up being disappointed by the hotel. The location is perfect and the staff was overall friendly, but with no stable wifi we cannot recommend this place.

No wifi during our stay, other maintenance issues
While the hotel was modern and very central, and the staff was very friendly, we ran into some major issues during our stay. The WiFi did not work in our room or anywhere in our floor. We reported this shortly after our arrival but were told to try again later. The problem persisted throughout the night and on the next morning, and when we reported this to a staff member - they admitted that they had a problem and promised to have it solved “within 30 minutes”. Unfortunately this was never fixed until our checkout.
Since cellular reception at the hotel is also very weak - we had no internet connection during our entire stay.
Another problem was that the shower in our room did not drain, but instead flooded the entire bathroom.
Overall this is a good hotel, but maintenance issues should be resolved and staff should learn to address such problems when they occur.

We had a superior room with large bathroom and dressing area. Very smart, comfortable and well equipped with fresh water daily. As others have said, the low window was a bit odd but it was nice to lie in bed and look out at the harbour. A great location, walkable from the station with plenty of restaurants nearby. My biggest gripe was with breakfast, served on the rather windy roof terrace, so not that comfortable. Although there appeared to be plenty of choice, things like yoghurt were not replenished once they'd all gone, and a lot of the options were sweet. The breakfast staff were surly (though the reception staff were charming and helpful and the cleaning staff polite).

The person, (an young lady) was so rude to us, thay we decided not to stay: scorbutica…. We were embarassed so badly she was feeling about herself to treat people like that… never again. If they switch shifts and another person takes on, maybe…
