The room was great other than it was on a loud, busy street. Unfortunately, I only learned when I was to meet the host that I was not staying at the location shown on my booking confirmation. The communication of where my actual room was was difficult as 2 of my 3 translation apps described it as an office/place of business so it was difficult to recognize where I was supposed to be. Also, compared to the several other B&Bs that the friends I was traveling with stayed, my hosts did not provide any information or recommendations for the local area. It was a great room (much like a proper hotel room) in a great area (other than street noise), but no real host communication.

Charming
Apartment in an older urban Building. Lots of charme and a lot of stairs. The host answered the phone very quickly and came by with the keys. Parking close by was tricky.
The town is splendid and definitely worth a visit.

Nuestra experiencia en Bnb Le Marinelle ha sido fantástica, los dueños geniales nos ayudaron aparcar por la zona y nos esperaron para mostrarnos el alojamiento.
Tb nos enseñaron la distintas zonas del centro histórico en un mapa y nos indicaron la zona de restaurantes. Fue un placer conocerles. Y nuestro alojamiento Marinelle loft un 10

This is an in independent room rental, NOT a bed and breakfast as advertised. The room was clean and comfortable. Advertised as a bed a breakfast but there is no breakfast. Just a couple who arranges to meet you, get your money, hand you the keys, and give you cursory directions. We almost were worried it was a scam. We had difficulty locating the owner and street parking. He became annoyed and abrupt when I had difficulty locating him.

Ottima struttura, in pieno centro, parcheggio gratuito sotto la struttura, lasciata l auto la dimentichi poiché si raggiungono tutti i luoghi della città a piedi, proprietaria molto accogliente e super disponibile, struttura elegante e rifinita in ogni dettaglio, da ritornarci e super consigliato

ci siamo trovati molto bene nelle 2 notti trascorse qui. camere davvero molto belle, ben arredate e dotate di ogni comfort. anche la posizione ottima e comoda che rende accessibile i punti più importanti della città. sicuramente consigliato.

State molto attenti ai proprietari di queste strutture! Ti accolgono con il sorriso ma la presa in giro è dietro l'angolo. Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte (per fortuna!), e veniamo accolti nei pressi della struttura da noi pagata e scelta su Booking. Ci viene subito proposto un "Upgrade" in una camera in zona porto di Trani, diversa da quella prenotata. Fidandoci della proprietaria decidiamo di seguirli. Veniamo condotti nella nuova camera situata a piano terra praticamente sulla strada trafficata, in prima battuta decidiamo di rimanere lì. Dopo una breve passeggiata pomeridiana, in zona, rientriamo in camera e all'improvviso si stacca il televisore dalla staffa che lo teneva al muro. Chiamo subito la proprietaria per avvisare del problema e dopo una breve attesa arrivano portandosi via il televisore. Colgo l'occasione per chiederLe di poter alloggiare nella stanza originariamente prenotata, richiesta che mi viene NEGATA perché "la nostra camera era già occupata da altri clienti". Cosa strana perché dal nostro arrivo era passata solo un'ora e mezza. Ma il bello deve ancora venire! Nella stanza "UPGRADE" dormire è stato impossibile!!!! dai rumori delle auto di passaggio, agli schiamazzi dei ragazzini fino ai camion della nettezza urbana all'alba...! Oltre al danno poi anche la beffa perchè, a distanza di due giorni, sulla piattaforma di Booking ci sono stati INGIUSTAMENTE richiesti ben 240 euro per i danni al televisore. Questa gente non può gestire liberamente le strutture a suo piacimento. Il nostro unico errore? ESSERCI FIDATI! Un consiglio spassionato a tutti i lettori di questa recensione, STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTE PERSONE POCO TRASPARENTI. P.S. per fortuna nessuno si è fatto male altrimenti avremmo sicuramente intrapreso le vie legali.
