Hotel so-so

Stayed here two nights. Location is very central, 15 minutes from Trang Airport and only 5 minutes to Shopping Center. Reception was friendly. We had a higher up room facing to Khao Pub Pha which make your life wonderful to wake up with these sunrise. The room was pretty spacious for a city hotel and well decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom also good with nice toiletries. Breakfast was amazing both in quality and variety - lots of authentic Trang such as Khao Yum , Kha Nom Jeen Puk Tai as well with breads, pastries, fruits especially fried banana we love it. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite quiet and there aren't many guests. Because the hotel is very large, there are plenty of rooms available. Overall, it's comfortable.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Nicely decorated with lots of wood and plants. You are in Trang town but feel like you are in the middle of nature, great. Very good room and large room, great bed and friendly staff. Spa, pool and restaurant.

We have stayed at this place many times and everything has been great. But the last time, the daytime administrator probably presented himself as a boss, and ordered that cleaning room is only until 12:00 noon (have you meet such bull sh*t in other hotels?), and at what time we should to change the room. Dude, learn to communicate with clients correctly first! And by the way, the cleanliness in the rooms is mediocre, it could be cleaner (a lot of not our hairs on the floor). I saw large cockroaches twice. The door to the bathroom doesn’t open completely, and this is rare stupidity! Bad Wi-Fi. It's hot in the elevator. I would advise the hotel administration to respect and be especially attentive to guests who stay with you more than once. Improve their conditions, not worsen them.

The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and introduced good massages. He also arranged car and boat transportation from the hotel to the pier to Mook Island. The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the room is very poor, so you need to bring your own earplugs. The happiest thing was that I had a local breakfast in Trang while walking with my best friends in the morning. It was very delicious!

There was no electricity for 1 hour on the day of the stay and no hot water at night. I immediately changed my room and helped me move my luggage. The service was good, fast, and very close to the place to eat. There are many choices in 5 minutes by car. The location is good. If you come here again Will choose, cost-effective.

The hotel is in the center of the city, the condition is very old but well maintained. You can walk to the train market right away. If it is Saturday and Sunday There will be a night market with a lot of food. Parking can be parked under the building for about 6 cars, the rest have to find a place to park on the side of the road, affordable price 450 baht / night next to it. The hotel has a washing shop 7-11 and several restaurants.
