We stayed at the hotel twice in February and March 2025. The first time was on the 2nd floor, a triple room. The mattress was hard, but I liked it. The second time the room was on the 4th floor, one double bed. It's a pity there is no electric kettle and elevator. Otherwise, no complaints. The train station is 60 meters away, there is a travel agency opposite. After the second check-in, we were taken to the airport for free (!)

When I returned from the laundry at about 2 a.m., the front door to the hotel was locked. For an hour I knocked on the door, called the hotel phone, but there was complete disregard.
Even I wrote to trip.com support service, called the police... And I was already thinking that I would have to sleep on the street. And then suddenly a hotel employee arrived.
This is the first time in my life that I have seen such an attitude of a hotel towards guests. How can they close the door and not warn guests about it?
