Lovely hotel clean and well maintained especially as it catered more for families . Staff friendly and welcoming. Food was top notch and staff had no issues with modifying the menu to suit

Nice family oriented hotel, very friendly staff both in the bar and reception. Swimming pool was nice with a sauna and steam room and flotation devices available for the children if required. Breakfast was good and the kids got a free ice cream voucher when we checked in.

A very nice family friendly hotel receptionist was very welcoming bar staff very friendly room was lovely and spacious only for the fact it was booked for 2 adults 2 children who are aged 13 and 14 years old which we were only given a 1 double 1 single bed so my dad took the single and 3 in the double wasn’t great but overall a lovely hotel

Food is desperate and life been going here with my family for a long time .we order chicken curry’s and it was later in the evening it was like left over curry no veg two junks chicken I wouldn’t mind the price has gone through the roof . Very disappointed we mentioned it to waitress she just smirked .im sorry when food is expensive like that for a horrible curry that wasn’t ate we still paid full price, manager didn’t seem to worry either .no wonder restaurant gone quiet food shocking over priced !!!! Loyal customers too for years very disappointed and a local person too

We stayed in Manor West for a birthday weekend. When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready but we were given free desserts and tea/coffee by a very courteous and helpful receptionist, who then kept us updated over the next hour while the room was getting serviced. When booking, I couldn't book for a teen and a child in our room, so I was advised to get the family suite and this didn't disappoint...large room, extra space, a king, double and single bed, and even a bubble jet bath! Restaurant staff was extremely nice and accommodating, both in the breakfast room and the Mercantile Restaurant and Bar. There were children's activities which my child availed of twice, and free ice creams...really nothing to say, the service in Manor West is excellent and welcoming.

Grand hôtel, personnel aimable et professionnel. Chambre grande et propre. Avec plateau café. Le petit déjeuner est totalement servi à table, donc c est pas pratique d être obligé de demandé à chaque fois même si le personnel est nombreux et aimable. Par contre il est excellent et très varié. Un peu à l'écart de la ville,avec un grand parking et un centre commercial à proximité. Tralee est pratique car au milieu de l anneaux du kerry et de la péninsule de Dingle

Large bedroom but in need of refurbishment. However best TV with Netflix option. Dodgy wire connection on the in-room phone. Nice restaurant for breakfast but restaurant waiting staff don’t appear to be interested in taking orders and collecting dirty plates. Hotel has both outside and underground parking and is located a 10 minute drive into Tralee.
