Terrible ground-floor rooms that didn't meet the cleanliness and other standards expected of a 4-star hotel! Worse than a hostel, we found residual limescale, a dirty shower stall full of limescale and rust, and a two-star floor with horrible grout lines full of dirt... I won't add anything else.

Una struttura che sicuramente quando era una tonnara era uno splendore ma certamente per quello specifico scopo Ristrutturata male è diventata un albergo a cui non darei più di 2 stelle oggi si presenta un ricettacolo di scale e corridoi che diventano un vero labirinto per poterne uscire fuori Le camere delle dimensioni di celle con impianti obsolete degli anni 80 hanno rubinetti che perdono acqua tutta la notte tanto da non farti dormire Climatizzatori manuali che ti costringono ad alzarti dal letto per spegnerli e quindi svegliarti per non parlare della pessima per non dire nessuna pulizia Mobili rotti e tv che non prende nemmeno un canale nelle migliori condizioni Colazione come se non esistesse spesso rimasugli di cene e banchetti serali Nemmeno un B&B eppure pare che abbia quattro stelle Mare così tanto pubblicizzato ? Una baia di pescatori con acqua putrida e maleodorante Ditemi perché dovrei ritornarci Anzi avverto chi mi legge di starne alla larga si paga tanto e non hai nulla

Disappointing, I don’t understand where the 4* come from. Rooms werent the worst but some things didnt work and were old. How hard is it to replace a towel hanger thats broken? Shower water smelled bad. Also, there is only overhead shower head which is unpractical for women. Loud parties uder the window until 2AM, impossible to sleep, they should put sound proof windows in this case. Restaurant staff very unprofessional. The waiter didnt bring one meal, after a while we asked about it and he said “he didn’t have it in the order” although we for sure ordered it (we were a group and we all heard it being ordered). No apology. He said they would bring it, we waited for 30 minutes. Then we asked again and we were told they will check. We waited for 30 more minutes. We had to ask again for the fourth time and then they brought the meal - cold and dry. Food below average. Beach was not nice, it was dirty, the water too and the water also smelled bad. The bottom of the sea was muddy and slimy. The pool was great and the guy working at the pool bar was nice and helpful. But we don’t understand why would you close the pool between 1pm to 3pm? I would not recommend this hotel. They are lucky there are weddings in the castle next door.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso l'Hotel Tonnara di Trabia non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative di una struttura classificata come 4 stelle. Le camere sono effettivamente spaziose, ma l’impianto di climatizzazione risulta poco intuitivo e difficile da gestire autonomamente, compromettendo il comfort. Il bagno lasciava a desiderare in termini di pulizia e manutenzione: all’interno era presente un tavolino in metallo verniciato di bianco, ormai arrugginito, un dettaglio che stona parecchio in un contesto che dovrebbe puntare alla qualità. Anche le parti comuni necessitano di maggiore attenzione. L'ascensore, ad esempio, presentava una pulsantiera malferma, dando un senso di trascuratezza generale. Infine, la colazione è risultata deludente, con un'offerta piuttosto limitata sia in quantità che in varietà, non adeguata allo standard atteso. Nel complesso, l'hotel ha un grande potenziale grazie alla posizione e agli spazi, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura nei dettagli e di una revisione generale per poter davvero essere considerato un 4 stelle.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo hotel e ne sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatto. Il cibo è stato uno dei punti forti: ogni pasto era curato nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti freschi e piatti davvero gustosi. Un vero piacere per il palato! Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Hotel nel complesso buono, livello delle stanze in linea con il 4 stelle, buona la pulizia. La colazione forse andrebbe rinforzata (il 4 stelle ha sempre un'abbondante e diversificata scelta) ottimo il personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Magari consiglierei una maggior attenzione alla spiaggia , i lettini e relativi ombrelloni oltre ad essere fatiscenti non vi è alcuna assistenza!!!!! Nel complesso un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità

Wir waren drei Tage in diesem angeblich 4 Sterne Hotel. Unübersichtliche Anlage mit äußerst schlechter Beschilderung. Weitgehend unfreundliches Personal und wirklich grottig schlechtes Essen, was wir vorgesetzt bekamen. Sizilien ist ein wunderschöne Insel, aber dieses Hotel sollte man meiden.
