The hotel is located deep in Kinosaki Onsen, nearly 2 kilometers from the train station. There is a shuttle bus, there are relatively few people, and the price will be affordable. The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities are clean and tidy, and it has two hot springs, one open-air and one semi-open-air. After checking into the hotel, a QR code will be issued, which can be used to visit the seven public hot springs in the town. The other two meals were also good, and I had no problem filling myself up.

Warm service, not early check-in. No Chinese house number, good location, just opposite a soup, next to Komatsu. Japanese-style rooms have no bathroom. The two of us can bring children, and they charge 1,000 yen for children. The price does not include the town hot spring fee and tax, and finally paid 3,580 yen for the soup fee and tax and children's fee when leaving. There was a shuttle bus to the hotel after jr came down. I was not too far away. The hotel service was very good, warm, dinner was good, the crab was very fresh, the beef was tender, and the food was full. If you have a small appetite, I recommend tempura That ’s right, there is a Chinese-speaking little girl who will carefully introduce when eating. There are two rooms facing the street below. The room we booked had a private bath and was very hot.
But the water wasn't hot spring water.
The food was so-so? I've been to expensive hot springs before, lol....
The service was so-so, but not unfriendly.
You have to choose the service of having dinner and breakfast delivered to your room, but
when I checked, it wasn't there, so I made an additional change, but they didn't do it.
So we went to the dining room. The location is good.
It doesn't seem to be a cheap hot spring or cheap.

A line of 5 people booked a two-night stay to arrange one of the room types to park two meals. The room has surprises, very about 1 , there are two bathrooms, very convenient, there is a view outside the window, everyone is very satisfied.
When arriving at the hotel on the opposite side of the shuttle bus to Luochengqi, the hotel staff came to pick up the car as soon as possible, helping to pick up luggage, service courteous, praise.
Although the hotel has years, many facilities, including the room that has been renovated, feel very good, but the hotel hot spring is thin, but it is very comfortable. There is also a lounge with free tea and coffee on the top floor of the hotel, which is great.
Both breakfast and dinner are Japanese, the portion is sufficient and delicious.
The hot spring pass is also packaged and can be used until 3:30 pm on the check-out high day.

The location is mentioned to be about 5 or 7 minutes from the station, depending on where you read about it.
I think it's more like 8-10. It's not far, but not close enough to walk luggage comfortably.
I want to give the place 5 stars, but I also want to give it 2 stars. The service was good. They helped shuttle us around through the rain.
The lady that served our dinner was very patient and helpful.
Unfortunately, there is a big problem. The room we received has no view of the Maruyama river or garden, although it is advertised as such in pictures and descriptions on website.
Our rooms had a view of the parking lot and the road, which the front desk referred to as a ”mountain” view.
I'm sorry, but this just isn't a good practice. You MUST make this as a different type of room with different price and let customers decide the value.
I would not have booked if I had known this.
There is also another small problem. The dinner was overall quite good, but I saw some other customers received different dinners with the full snow crab and sake. We received part of a snow crab and cheap white wine. I am confused. It would help to have an explanation. Otherwise I can't help but feel these problems are because I am not a Japanese customer.

It's a lovely hotel in traditional Japanese style. It has a pretty inside garden and an onsen (no private onsens for booking, only common ones for all hotel guests that are divided for males and females). Hotel provides you with a yukata and a haori for your stay (you don't rent it, they are included in price), which is very convenient. When I asked the receptionist if I can buy them, 'cause I loved them so much, she said I can take them for free if I want. I double checked to avoid any miscommunication, but she insisted that I don't have to pay extra for those. Everything in the fridge, including alcohol, is free. Hotel is a bit far from the main street, but has a transfer, so I'd say it's fine. We ordered a dinner and breakfast, and both were absolutely wonderful, had several courses.

First of all, I would like to thank the housekeeper and customer service specialist of Ctrip for their great assistance when I encountered the unconventional situation of JR cancellation! For overseas travel, use Ctrip!
Secondly, let's talk about the hotel. Advantages:
1. The buffet has a rich variety. There is an older uncle at the front desk who is very enthusiastic to communicate with guests in English and Chinese. It feels like home.
2. The hotel room is also very large.
3. There are free drinks on the first floor at fixed times, although I didn't drink them 👆
Disadvantages:
1. You can't take a bath in the room, you can only go to the large bath on the first floor
2. There are no toiletries in the room. If you don't take them at the fixed time, the staff will take them away at dinner time
3. The quilt in the room is a bit small. I am of very ordinary height, and the length and width of the quilt are a bit lacking

SsteamyboatzLove this quaint little ryokan at Kinosaki! The service is friendly although not much English is spoken there. Expect the staff to introduce you the amenities of the ryokan such as the free first-come -first-serve private onsen (there are a total of 4, but recommend the one named Hana because it's the newest and the nicest). The room itself is tiny but comfortable. There is no shower in the room, so would have to take the shower at the onsen or at the ryokan's own onsen. The room package came with kaiseki (we had the snow crab one) and it was delicious with pretty looking food. The blanket was thick and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. There was not much view from our room.

When we checked in in the afternoon, there was free afternoon tea.
For dinner in the evening, we had snow crab + Tajima beef, and very delicious ice cream!
I went to Gosho-no-yu and Ichi-no-yu in the town's hot springs, both were good.
I also took a bath in the hotel's small hot spring, and it felt very good to take a bath alone!
The hotel is highly recommended! One night stay with two meals, we stayed for RMB 4135 including tax.
The small towns in Japan are really good, with few people, beautiful scenery, and not so fast pace!

There are two hot springs in the store, one of which is open-air and very private. You can lock the door after entering so that no strangers will come in and take a bath. GGuest UserThe hotel will send you an email a few days in advance to confirm some matters, such as when to arrive, whether to arrange pick-up, breakfast and dinner arrangements, etc. The hotel is quiet and beautiful, and the service is very good. There is hot spring soup in the hotel, so you don't have to go out to the so-called seven public hot spring baths. The hotel's hot spring has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. You don't need to bring anything. The toiletries inside are Pola. Just put on the Japanese yukata and take the key to the door. It is much simpler and more convenient than bringing towels when going out. Besides, on such a hot day, 35-37 degrees, won't it be too hot to go out? There are too many people in the public hot springs, so there is nothing good about it. I booked half board including breakfast and dinner. There are two kinds of breakfast, Japanese style and Western style, at 9 o'clock at the latest, and it is ready when I go, and I am too full. I ate dinner in my own room, served one by one, the chef selected the ingredients every day, exquisite and delicious, and I was too full, haha. Needless to say, the service is top-notch. There are free drinks in the hotel refrigerator, water, juice, sports drinks, sparkling water, beer, and coffee, milk, and fresh juices on the first floor for free. The hotel also rents bicycles for free, just make a reservation. After riding for about 5 kilometers, you will reach the seaside in the north. There is also a small aquarium, which is probably a national park. Otherwise, leave it to you to see for yourself.

PPiwatUpon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

KK LouThere is no breakfast nor dinner provided by this onsen hotel, and restaurants close a bit early. If you’re looking for an onsen meal, you maybe disappointed if you staying here. Beware if you’re a foodie.
The sound insulation is poor, please keep your voice down. Since the first night I arrived was windy and rainy, and the curtain for blocking the sun is made of bamboo, it kept hitting on the window all night long.
There is no elevators and the stairs is very steep, be careful if you bringing many luggages.
Although the servers do not understand English, they are very friendly and willing to help! Overall, I enjoyed a lot while the staying. Thank you!

At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai.
Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really.
And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.
