I went on a trip to a hot spring village for the first time after watching YouTube. It was difficult to get there because it was far away, but when I arrived, I was able to relieve all the stress I had accumulated.
I was worried because it's been a while since I remodeled, but I'm very satisfied for the high price.
Be sure to eat dinner and breakfast!!!!
They prepared a meal for just the two of us to eat in privacy in another room right next door to avoid the room smelling haha.
The owner is also very friendly and fun.
I really recommend this place..!!

The hotel is not far from the station and hot spring street, and can be reached by taking a shuttle bus from the station. When we arrived at the hotel because it was not check-in time, we stored our luggage first and the service was good. The food quality of the hotel's hot spring cuisine is excellent, the experience is good, and the room view is also very beautiful. The hotel's own hot spring is also very good. It is a very recommended hotel!
(The only flaw is that I submitted the opinion form but forgot to get the small gift 😂😂😂)

First of all, I would like to thank the housekeeper and customer service specialist of Ctrip for their great assistance when I encountered the unconventional situation of JR cancellation! For overseas travel, use Ctrip!
Secondly, let's talk about the hotel. Advantages:
1. The buffet has a rich variety. There is an older uncle at the front desk who is very enthusiastic to communicate with guests in English and Chinese. It feels like home.
2. The hotel room is also very large.
3. There are free drinks on the first floor at fixed times, although I didn't drink them 👆
Disadvantages:
1. You can't take a bath in the room, you can only go to the large bath on the first floor
2. There are no toiletries in the room. If you don't take them at the fixed time, the staff will take them away at dinner time
3. The quilt in the room is a bit small. I am of very ordinary height, and the length and width of the quilt are a bit lacking
Others:
The Ctrip page says that the bathing tax of 150YAN is paid at the store, but it is actually 450YAN. The description is wrong.

It's a lovely hotel in traditional Japanese style. It has a pretty inside garden and an onsen (no private onsens for booking, only common ones for all hotel guests that are divided for males and females). Hotel provides you with a yukata and a haori for your stay (you don't rent it, they are included in price), which is very convenient. When I asked the receptionist if I can buy them, 'cause I loved them so much, she said I can take them for free if I want. I double checked to avoid any miscommunication, but she insisted that I don't have to pay extra for those. Everything in the fridge, including alcohol, is free. Hotel is a bit far from the main street, but has a transfer, so I'd say it's fine. We ordered a dinner and breakfast, and both were absolutely wonderful, had several courses.

There was a shuttle bus to the hotel after jr came down. I was not too far away. The hotel service was very good, warm, dinner was good, the crab was very fresh, the beef was tender, and the food was full. If you have a small appetite, I recommend tempura That ’s right, there is a Chinese-speaking little girl who will carefully introduce when eating. There are two rooms facing the street below. It is very comfortable to sit and see the scenery below.

The location is good, and the hot springs are all private rooms. The catering is good. If you stay in September, you can eat long-legged crabs. There are indeed a lot of stairs that are not suitable for people with weak legs and feet. The staff will help you move your luggage up and down. I checked out at 10 o'clock and wanted to store my luggage until 2 p.m., but they didn't agree. This surprised me. This was the first time I had encountered this after 16 visits to Japan. Next time I come to Kinosaki Onsen, I might consider looking elsewhere.

Our favourite booking throughout our entire Japan trip! This inn is a family business so you can imagine how hospitable the entire family was to us this 2D1N. Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. <3

The room was very clean and well equipped enough to sleep alone.
Perhaps because it was under renovation, it was a little negative that the materials were rolling on the exterior and front. It seems that it will be resolved after the renovation is completed.

I quite like this hotel! The front desk also gave us a 1000yen/per coupon, and there was also a list of places where it could be used. We were worried that there was no place to eat in the remote area, so we just picked a restaurant that looked pretty good. It took a few minutes to drive there... You still need to take off your shoes for the tatami, and then an English-speaking waiter came out and gestured to say sorry, it was full... But there was obviously no one in the store, hahaha! I think it might be a reservation system. After a bow and sending us out, we could only rely on Lawson for dinner. I joked with the front desk, and then went to the restaurant bar to eat the dinner I bought at the convenience store. On the way, a staff member came and found several restaurants, gestured that he could help make a reservation by phone and we could go right away. But we were already full... haha! But the service attitude is really good... (The restaurant that I didn’t eat is the one in the picture, planting grass... leave it for next time)

The hotel is new and very good, just next to the public onsen, and they provide the private onsen for reservation which I think is a little bit pricy, 5500yen for 90 mins. My recommendation is use the public onsen outside that would be more traditional

GGuest UserAs soon as you arrive at Kinosaki Onsen Station, you can feel the enthusiasm. The hotel has a dedicated person and a special car to take the guests to the door of the hotel. The receptionist at the front desk printed out the order information early, gave a warm reception, and introduced the situation of the town and the location of the fireworks that day. The room is a traditional Japanese room, and children like it very much. The room is large and has a private bathroom. The time for one stay and two meals is also set at the front desk. When the time comes, the food is well prepared, rich and the service is attentive. Unfortunately, I missed the time for the hotel's hot spring that day. I didn't have time to take a dip the next day, so I had to go next time. It's actually better to stay in town for two nights, it's very quiet.
VVT_BTThe hotel is near to the train station, just 5 to 10 mins walk. The room was clean and tidy. Toilet seat, water basins, refrigerator, hot water boiling machine were provided. Staff prepared the Japanese beds for us in the evening. There were a sitting room, book reading areas, smoking room inthe.public area. Private session for private onsens were provided. A free of charge card for the seven hot springs and city bus was provided. The staff were nice and helpful. The environment was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
IIuliia RaikA very authentic Japanese experience! Plus I booked a kaiseki dinner, which was delicious and unusual for a European person. The food was very fresh and beautifully served.
Used public and private onsen of the ryokan, both were nice.
IIvan LamHSThe room is spacious, clean, new, with a woody smell. The dinner food was excellent and the waiters did their best. The only thing is that there are not enough parking spaces in the parking lot, and the hotel is conveniently located, not far from different hot springs.
KKeely sommerWe had a wonderful stay. Our room was an authentic stay. They provided great customer service, clothing was fun to wear and private onsen was a plus. I will return again and recommend to friends.
俞俞The most surprising two days and nights in the Kansai tour of Japan for eight days and seven nights. Our triple rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good breakfast and dinner. The second floor opposite is the No. 1 Haizhong Court in the town, which is worth eating. The dinner provided by the hotel is mainly meat-based, including the entrance to the horse but the horse is a delicious and rich day. The town is small, people are less beautiful, and people are lingering. The only regret is that when we go, the cable car is closed. It will not open until June, and it will not be able to ascend. The hotel also has a bathrobe for free. The little brother at the front desk is also very cute. I really love it too!
Ttravel-with-meWe had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!
GGuest UserSuperb hotel, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, we live in a 5-person room, the room is very large. When I arrived at the station, the staff asked the hotel name, and then called the hotel to pick up the car. There was a special car service to the hot springs for the next two days. When you eat local specialty pine leaf crabs in winter, remember to add money to the hotel's full crab banquet. It's great. You have to make an appointment in advance. ~
PPiwatUpon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.
