We really liked the hotel, the staff was friendly, we arrived a little late, dinner was served in the room. Amazing view from the window of the mountains and the river. The best hotel during our entire trip to Japan!

The hotel in the hot spring town is great. We booked a Japanese-Western style mixed room, including breakfast and dinner. The kaiseki dinner was delivered to the room. The ingredients, taste and service were very satisfactory. There are many varieties of breakfast.

We booked late, so 4 people booked a room for 6 people, which was very spacious. We were arranged to a corner room, and the view was unbeatable, with snow view, river view and mountain view. I was amazed when I opened the door. The hot spring snow view on the first floor was also beautiful. The dinner was very good, and the chef was quite good. It was better than the hot spring hotel I stayed in Hakone before. But except for Japanese hot dishes such as curry rice and udon for breakfast, I don’t recommend anything else. The quality is a bit far from the breakfast. The hotel staff can’t speak English, but they can communicate with my half-baked Japanese through a translator. The service attitude is quite enthusiastic. It’s not far from the station, but it’s difficult to push the box in the snow, so you must make an appointment with the hotel in advance. I couldn’t find the hotel’s email before checking in, and I don’t speak Japanese, so I didn’t dare to call to make an appointment. It’s still a bit troublesome to drag the luggage to the hotel. If it is written, it would be better to help contact the hotel to arrange a car.
