The service is very good. This is my second time staying here. Everyone in the hotel welcomed me very well, especially Mr. Hashi, the owner of the hotel. He took care of us in everything. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious. They provided us with beautiful clothes to choose from. I was impressed and will definitely go again.

This place is not difficult to locate in Kinosaki Onsen. It only takes about 10 to 15 min. Dinner and breakfast were good too.

The hotel is a bit old but it is warm and cozy. The service is good. People is helpful and kind. A young gentleman, I think he is the owner, helps us take many pictures.
There is an onsen just next to the hotel. It is very convenient. Of course, you can go to the others within few minutes walk. The food is Okay, traditional hotel style.

The ryokan was located in the center of the village, making it a great location to use the public hot springs, and both hot springs within the ryokan were excellent. The dinner and breakfast provided were very delicious and the staff were very friendly so I was satisfied. Even if I go again, I think I will visit Moriziya.

The owner of the hotel is very kind and enthusiastic. There are free kimonos to try. The hotel provides two hot spring baths that can be locked. The meals for one stay and two meals are very delicious and can be enjoyed in the room.
