No matter which course you order, this inn will serve you a wide variety of Genghis Khan dishes. The sweetfish course is the young master's choice, and has a refined flavor. I would like to try all of the young master's dishes. The fried sweetfish was especially delicious. Both dinner and breakfast are very generous. I am looking forward to the day when only the young master's dishes are served. There is no hot spring, and no morning bath, but the price of the lodging is worth it. We went to Komadori no Yu, about 35 minutes away in Shimoina District, Nagano Prefecture, for the hot spring.
