I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by its spaciousness. There was more than enough room to fit two large luggages and still plenty of space left to walk around. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of Lake Toya from my room as well as the stunning fireworks at night. The fireworks exceeded all expectations! The buffet dinner and breakfast also offered a wide variety of options and even had a build your own sashimi don station! Would totally visit Lake Toya again to relive this experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area!

The bathroom was awful smelly, and the bathroom next to the lobby had the same odor. Is this a plumbing issue throughout the hotel? The overall environment was pleasant, with a foot bath outside, though the water temperature was a bit high. Turn left and the bus stop is right outside the hotel next door. To catch the boat, you need to walk a short distance along the lake. From the room, you can see Mt. Yotei and the fireworks display.
