酒店位置非常方便，在札幌站乘搭道南巴士在中央通下車就是酒店門口了。
溫泉很舒適但沒有員工，所以有些遊客把手機帶進溫泉佢，甚至大聲打電話，我也沒有辦法投訴。還有希望溫泉能提供毛巾。
員工都很有禮貌，服務很好。
房間也很大，酒店的設施很不錯。
自助餐的食物種類也很多，挺好食的。
整體來說，在這間酒店的住宿體驗頗佳，下次再去洞爺湖的話會考慮再入住。

酒店地處洞爺湖温泉鎮的中心位置，離遊船港口，有珠山都比較近，酒店樓下就有711和葯粧店，非常便利。
酒店房間裝修稍微老了點，地板牆紙有明顯掉漆，衞生間也比較狹小，腿長的同學使用起來可能會不是很舒服，但好在酒店所有客房基本都正對湖面，窗外就是洞爺湖，天氣好還能遠眺羊蹄山。
入住酒店強烈建議選擇帶晚餐的房型，折算下來每個人的單價不高，但晚餐種類豐富，物超所值。
酒店有定時巴士可以接送旅客前往有珠山索道（熊牧場），jr車站以及附近城鎮，可以瞭解。
温泉有兩個大浴場分別位於8樓和地下一樓，都有露天浴池。酒店花園裡還一個露天泡腳池，可以拍照，比較出片。

위치는 도야호 바로 옆이라 좋았으며 식당들도 많진 않지만 가까이 있어서 만족
직원들 친절하고 시설도 아주 만족했으나
단점으로 처음 엘리베이터 타는데 냄새가(복도에서 들어오는 냄새 인듯) 심하게 나서 약간 불쾌감을 줍니다 . 방안에서는 냄새 안나요.

地理位置非常優越的酒店，房間可以直接看到洞爺湖和羊蹄山，搭配的8樓温泉特別推薦，景觀很好特別享受，一泊二食味道還可以，種類多但不算特別好吃，魚生多！
環境：有時房間通道確實有一股廁所味，估計也是年久問題
