The landlord doesn't speak English or Chinese, but is very clean. I checked in alone. I didn't meet him, but I saw a printed note on the door. The instructions were very clear: just pick up the key from the table when entering the room. Remember to change your shoes when going upstairs and lift the stairs. Don't wear shoes when entering the room. After checking in, I called the owner and he also gave me a small gift. Thank you. The bathroom door is not very flexible, but it doesn't matter. The landlord gave me a ticket for bathing in Manseikaku. I just need to pay 500 yen there. The bathing is very good, so there is no need to wash at the landlord's place. I experienced the joy of making my own bed and staying in a Japanese B&B! (A tip for Chinese tourists: the homeowner emphasizes that garbage must be sorted. If not, just take it to 7-11 and throw it away.) In short, I am quite satisfied! It also adds knowledge about tatami. The front desk is at the door on the left. When you check in, just check to see if your name is on the stickers on the doors. I also suggest that you put away the gray kerosene heater on the right and use the new white one in the corner, otherwise you will really smell the kerosene. There is also a reminder on it to ventilate at least twice an hour. The white one is a new model and this problem does not exist. All in all, it was a very good homestay experience, thank you to the owner.

交通便利、簡單乾淨的住宿！ 若要找簡單的住宿，這間很不錯喔！價格便宜，地點方便，雖然房間在二樓，拿行李也還行。老闆也很好！房裡有放室內電話，抵達後可以撥給房東；房裡也有旅遊資料供房客參考。建議大門安裝門鎖或密碼鎖，讓住戶可以鎖門會安心一點喔！（可能這裡治安非常良好吧！）

洞爺湖に近くて良い。 洞爺湖万世閣ホテルの日帰り入浴も安価で利用できる（朝と夜で男女入れ替わり::展望の良くサウナもある） HIDEの隣にある爺さん婆さんが営む「味の一平」は串もおでんも絶品です。（営業時間が短いので注意：20:00頃には閉店？） オーナーさんに会うことはなかったが、SMSで連絡頂けたりとても親切でした。
