Great place. Clean, large room, large bath. Everything was a plus. Suprised there is not a waiting list for this place. You can picnic out back under the trees as there are tables out there in the shade and a nice pool too.

This was a lovely unique retro motel. Extremely clean and the fridge with a freezer was a bonus. The accommodations were more than adequate and very well maintained. Would most definitely stay here again!!! After a long day of travel this was an unexpected oasis providing us with a good night of rest!

Old but probably an above-average motel in its day. Simple room, medium space, hot shower, odorless, everything worked (heat, microwave, frig, lights, etc.). The landscaping is classic, ornate lights, old street bricks, benches, etc., but a bit overgrown. Like many towns in Midwest, the trains and trucks can be noisy for light sleepers. Always good for night’s sleep.

The Evergreen Inn is a delightful 1950s-style motel; what in years past would have been termed a "motor lodge." Arriving at the end of a long, cold, and wet day of driving this was a very nice place to overnight. The room was of moderate size, the bed comfortable, and the flamingo-pink bathroom was a bit of a throwback to earlier times. The one thing that most impressed me was that the room was absolutely spotless -- and I mean immaculate! The lodging cost was very reasonable; about half of what you might pay at one of the modern "chain" motels along the interstate. There is no onsite complimentary breakfast, but the diner located next door was more than adequate. There is also a small RV park on the premises, which I looked well maintained although I obviously did not stay there.

This was our second stay in a month. We mapped out our trop to include staying here. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are charning and all is spacious. My kids love the swimming pool. Rose is wonderful.

We randomly decided to end our day in Pratt Kansas; having driven our RV through rain, all day long (!) from Amarillo, TX, to here.. The Evergreen Inn was the only RV park listed as available, so we called ahead and were reassured that no reservation would be needed…. “Just come on in….”, our hostess said…. When we got there, she had a site assigned, and check-in was quick, easy, and reasonably priced. RV sites are located around back of the motel, and are all level, and have good absorption from the all day rain. The grounds are well maintained, and our pups enjoyed their evening walk all around the park-like open areas. All-in-all, this little gem was very nice to happen upon, and if we ever travel this way in the future, we would be very happy to visit this RV park again.

We camped out back in an RV site. All hookups work great. They are even in the middle of the sites instead of at the far back. The one less star is because they have cable in the motel, but no cable for the RV park. We couldn't even get our antennae to pick up any local channels. So, there is NO TV here.

Nice location on the west side of Pratt. Cafe located 200 feet away. Quaint. Well kept mom and pop operation. Desk person personable and quite informative about dining options. Bed was comfortable, the bath was dated. A very nice place to stay for the budget minded.

Very clean and tidy motel. Very pleased. This motel was cleaner than the national chain hotels we have been in lately. Plan to stay again. Amenities are limitef but we usually don't use amenities when only staying one night. If you like retro this is your place.
