The location is great, we stayed for 2 weeks! Our problems with them are the cleaning and “incidental”fee! While we checked in they asked for a 20 dollars “incidental” fee per night! So in our mind it was just deposit and didn’t think much about it since when we booked on Trip.com, it stated parking is available (Free) when we checked out, we saw it on our bill what “incidental” fee are actually parking fee but no front desk staff were telling us that while we checked in! They finally decided they would refund us after Trip.com representative’s help! As for the cleaning, there has been time we asked for our room to be service but they didn’t show or they came too early while we were getting ready! We told them to come back later but again they were newer showed! Later on we were informed that some of their staffs did not understand English which created the confusion.  We are generally very pleased with the hotel, breakfast options were okay! The only thing is I wish they have a hot tub tho!

Front desk personnel were EXTREMELY helpful, attentive and gracious. The laundry facilities are convenient and a good value. The breakfast offered is excellent and the personnel managing the area are very friendly and keep the area very clean and food available

Went with 2 pre school kids. 2 queen beds just enough. Hotel room is a bit small for family of 4. Aft putting luggages got not much space left. But they got 4 chairs and dining table. Fully function kitchen is a plus. Orlando has nth much to eat for asian and kids doesn’t like the food at theme parks. We hv to prep our own food most of the time. Stayed here for 10 days during the weeks of Xmas and new year Happy with everything. 

Convenient close to the airport. The whole hotel is very new, designed in a modern and comfortable style, simple and bright. The front desk is very fast, 20 US dollars in advance. The hotel design is reasonable, and various information notifications are posted in the stairwell. Breakfast is simple and practical. fine.

Not too bad for price everything was clean and neat could use updates

The room is large, the air conditioner is quiet, and it is next to the road, but the sound insulation is good. The hotel cleans once every two days. The breakfast changes every day, and it is good overall.

The hotel is next to the highway, the windows are not soundproof, and the traffic noise is very noisy.
The sofa cushions have some old stains and don't look very clean.
The room is not very large, and the sofa bed blocks the aisle at the end of the bed when it is unfolded.
Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are all available, and makeup remover wipes are also provided.
The breakfast is very simple and can only be made up.
Three people were booked to stay, but the sofa bed was not made, and there were no sheets and quilts for the sofa bed. I called the front desk at 5 pm, and the front desk said that the room service was off work, so I went to the front desk to carry the quilt up. It feels like staying in a youth hostel.

The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, the air conditioner is quiet, the breakfast is standard, there is a Walmart and Sam's Club next to it, as well as a computer city and a hamburger fried chicken shop, which is very convenient.

My flight was scheduled to arrive at 23:30, so I found a place close to the airport. It was older than I thought, but it was clean, and most of all, the bed was crazy. It felt like a latex bed, and I slept really well.

Very nice hotel and great value for the money.  Breakfast is nice and changes each day and the rooms are comfortable.  The lighting in the rooms is not great and overhead lighting would have been nice. We would have also liked a king size duvet as the one on the king size bed barely covered two average size people. We extended our stay due to unforeseen circumstances and were overall happy with the first part of the stay.

The hotel has very convenient transportation, excellent location, easy parking, enthusiastic front desk service, large rooms, clean and textured bedding, good quality toiletries, rich breakfast. The only downside is that the refrigerator and air conditioner are a bit loud, so those with insomnia should prepare earplugs.

Great experience. Front desk was very accommodating and very nice. They offered my kids free snacks. Clean and quiet room. Would stay here again. 

The hotel does not have a parking lot. The social parking lot is USD 35 per day. There is also a 12-hour social parking lot nearby for 10 USD. The hotel does not provide breakfast, which is inconsistent with the information provided by Ctrip!

Best towneplace we ever stayed, clean, nice, full kitchen, friendly front desk, will stay here whenever visiting San Antonio
