No Hot water , unable to contact hotel for breakfast, so had to have it at 10am even though I was up from 6.30am everyday.
Host told me, that they had INFORMED Trip.com via email as regards to them not taking bookings from May 2021. ASKED for money to be put back in account told Unable to as it Would take to long, assumed that’s why Host said I could stay. She’d made money for something that wasn’t worth £20.00.
Was shocked it had no mesh, hot water
Unable to use the pool, probably not been cleaned since may 2021.
Trip had no right to be advertising this room for £45.00 per night.
Asked for extra bottles water was told they only give 2 per day
I feel Trip.com should be giving me back £20.00+ daily for this room.
Only thing that worked was the AC
I would not book through Trip.com again
as there are no checks regarding * ratings
JUST DONT BOOK HOTEL PERIOD
