I had a 5 day reservation, I booked through *******. The day of check in i showed up at the property twice. The second attempt to check in i met the manager/owner’s nephew who says he usually does check ins and rentals but my ******* reservation and receipt needed approval from his aunt that’s away. We called endlessly to no avail. So i looked for another place. Days later she finally got back to me through WhatsApp. She apologized and i empathized with her as an entrepreneur as well. After reaching out to ******* to claim my refund the same nice lady started questioning if i was really at the property and made it the most difficult time to initiate my refund. Stay far away if you are a visitor with limited resources you might end up sleeping in the street.

Questionable Quality
The place appeared empty from the outside and the "office" was somewhere around the back. Was hoping to use the pool but it looked unclean. Took one look at the surroundings and decided not to check in.

There was NOTHING likale about this place. There were no reception, the Villa was n othing like the pictures shown on the website. The pool was mess and not safe to put your feet in. The yard was smelly and has too much bushes that weren't groom. We booked for 11 days could stayed one (only because it was late at night to find somewhere else to stay). Sdisappointing.unouter
