Ibis Tours Centre Giraudeau

L’albergo è situato in una zona depressa della città. Fuori dal centro. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. La pulizia lascia a desiderare in quanto la stanza non è mai stata spazzata in una settimana. La colazione è buona per il prezzo. L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato per la maggior parte del soggiorno. In conclusione un’esperienza al di sotto dello standard Ibis.

Bon sejour, hotel calme, chambre rénovée. Mais très mauvaise odeur de desodorisant ou autre produit chimique dans l'entrée et encore pire dans la cage d'escalier. Heureusement l'odeur ne portait pas jusque dans la chambre !

De passage à Tours, nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits. Presque rien à dire pour le prix proposé. Les lieux sont exigus mais la chambre offrait le nécessaire avec une literie confortable, des espaces de rangement, une salle de bains fonctionnelle, le tout bien propre et un grand écran plat qui nous a bien servi vu la météo exécrable ! Le personnel aimable et prêt à donner plein de conseils pour la visite de la ville et de ses alentours. Un petit-déjeuner tout à fait honorable. Possibilité de rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Stationnement de notre véhicule gratuit en bordure de l'hôtel. Présence d'un petit supermarché à quelques dizaines de mètres. Petit bémol : coussins un peu trop gros pour nous

Unpleasant manager who speaks badly to people, both to customers and to the people who work there. Average cleanliness. Shower that doesn't stop flowing (faucet closed). Soundproof on the street side but noisy inside the hotel itself, especially when people talk in the corridors or in their rooms. Absolute ban on taking your breakfast tray to your room. We allow you to have your cup of coffee but give you the impression that we are doing you a huge favor. And that early in the morning. I would have been better off sleeping in my car! Far from the city center. Very bad experience. There are other hotels in Tours!

Excellent welcome, pleasant warm staff. Whether you're dealing with Gwen, Bryan, Andrea, they're all smiling. Samantha upstairs is extraordinarily polite and very helpful.

There was no indoor parking, and no one to communicate after 10:00 p.m. So we had to look for another hotel, which we found: CAMPANILE TOURS, with someone still present at 11:00 p.m., and indoor parking!

We spent one night there which was very pleasant, the room and the bathroom seem to have been recently renovated. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, nothing to report. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the city center (30 minutes on foot).
