Great Place to stay! Breakfast looks a little différent than in the photos online but is still ok. The only thing i was missing was a proper coffee machine. Room had no AC but nevertheless had a perfect température.

location is good, right outside of tram station. there is food nearby and a supermarket nearby

Very good location with a tram station right outside the hotel, as well as a food court right across. Easily you can buy tickets and get to the city centre. Very clean as well! They also offer breakfast sets.

The hotel is very clean but if you stay for several nights they do no clean in the middle. Next to the hotel there's carrefour city and several restaurants and Cafe and boulangerie very convenient. And there's a restaurant inside the hotel too.

Near to bus station. Very modern and stylish building. Everything is very fresh and new. Comfortable beds and crystal white linens. You can use small canteen with the fridge. Breakfast is also available. I had a great stay

I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant! The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

The room and bathroom is very clean. Staff is very Friendly. The breakfast have not many options but is decent

Everything seems to be fine, but the kitchen is small and there is no cutlery at all.

The room is not big, but the facilities are very complete and new. There is a tram stop and shared bicycles at the door of the hotel, which makes travel very convenient. There is a very lively square downstairs with a food market and many restaurants and supermarkets.

Everything went well. The staff was excellent. The hotel is in a great location: Cartoucherie - Zenith... We recommend it.
