Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Good air con and the room was cleaned daily. I slept well and was very happy to stay here.
Only negatives are the hotel is a bit old-fashioned and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Needs updating. Also there were no charging points by the bed. And several times I came in to reception - such as at check in, and another day to collect my key I had dropped off - and there was no one there and no one answered the bell despite me pressing it several times. This needs to be improved.
Otherwise I had a good stay.

It was a great stay in Toulose! The lady receptionist was very welcoming. She is very accommodating to the guest and she makes you feel very welcome. I will come back and stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended

Old-fashioned hotel, very well located in the center of Toulouse. Close to Place Wilson and the Capitol. Very lively evenings in the street. Super friendly staff. Bedding (2 single beds) nickel.

Arrivé à 12H, on m’annonce que la chambre ne sera prête qu’à 15H. Jusqu’à là je comprends. Je lui demande si une chambre, par hasard, est disponible avant étant donné que le trajet m’a flingué. Et je comprends que ma question l’embête à un point que la discussion est rompue. Avant même de voir les chambres, je peux affirmer que je ne reviendrais plus dans cet hôtel. Habitué au service et sourire impeccable de l’hôtel « Albert 1er » juste à 200 mètres, le choc est violent ! A éviter !!!

Il personale è veramente scortese, maleducato e menefreghista. Le camere sono orribili con una vista inquietante, non brutta ma di più ! Letto scomodo bagno sporco e puzza in camera. Colazione esigua e cattiva, pochissima scelta. Non ho mai avuto un'esperienza così brutta e ci tenevo a condividerla

Bien situé !
Hôtel très bien situé (on visite Toulouse à pieds) et personnel très accueillant mais :
- petite chambre vétuste dans son ensemble,
- seulement 2 prises électriques dans la chambre (aucune dans la salle de bain ni à côté du lit)
- évier très émaillé, joint du pare-douche sale.
