Great location . Walking distance to beautiful Toulouse city centre. Parking is Eur18 per day instead of eur15 as posted on trip.com. Need to reserve parking in advanced as limited spaces available.

Overall it’s very good value of money, with fantastic location and friendly staff. The two only issues are: 1) rooms will not be cleaned everyday if you live longer; 2) Wi-Fi on top floor is poorly connected. Probably will look for other options when travelling to Toulouse next time, but definitely not a bad choice.

Très bel Appart/Hôtel proche du centre-ville et de la gare Matabiau et ses connexions. Chambres spacieuses très bien équipées. Il y a même un lave-vaisselle. La salle de bains est très propres et très grande. Le personnel est bienveillant et compétent et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très complet. Les prestations sont parfaites. L'atout indéniable est le parking sécurisé. N'hésitez pas à réserver votre séjour ici !

Propreté à revoir, l’établissement a besoin d’un bon coup de rénovation! Yaourts périmés au petit dej, aucune table de prête et personne pour les débarrasser. Toutefois, l’hôtel est idéalement placé.

Dommage que l’on n’ait pas tenu compte de notre réservation de place de parking. On nous a proposé de déposer notre véhicule dans un parking sécurisé dans une rue adjacente. Mieux vaut ne rien avoir oublié dans la voiture ! Notre appartement était le seul sans balcon. La rambarde a dû casser et n’a pas été réparé. Emplacement de l’hôtel moyen pour les familles (présences de sex shop)

Tres bel établissement! Très bien situé et très propre. Je me suis entretenue avec une femme de ménage où il y avait un petit souci sur un oreiller...Elle a été très réactive et très professionnelle... ( une dame d environ 50 ans ...cheveux relevés) Excellente réception notamment avec Noor où lors d une conversation ; j ai mal interprété un humour léger ..(une mauvaise expérience en Espagne ; on se serait cru dans un hôpital ..) J en profite pour réajuster ! Je viens souvent à TOULOUSE et je retournerai dans cet appart hotel...

Its location is perfect, as it's very central. It's best to reserve parking, as there are few spaces. They have a pool on the first floor, which is an oasis in the heat. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The service is perfect; they are very friendly.

L'hôtel est proche de la gare, certes, mais cela facilité les arrivées si on vient en train. Proche donc aussi du métro. Personnels agréables et disponibles. La chambre studio est spacieuse et bien équipée. Salle de bain avec baignoire :-) Produits d'accueil dans la cuisine : thé, café soluble, sel, poivre. Produits pour le lave-vaisselle et la vaisselle à la main. Literie parfaite, très très bien dormi Coffre-fort dans la chambre
