Novotel Toulouse Centre Compans Caffarelli

Very good location. Hotel surrounded by a garden. Clean air and the smell of flowers. Rooms spacious, comfortable bed.

Very well placed in a quiet area, located just behind the Compans Caffarelli park and the Japanese garden. Toures amenities close to the hotel on foot: metro 5 minutes walk, shopping center, bus, Canal du Midi a few minutes away and if you come via the ring road it's a few minutes drive from the ring road exit. The hotel is very clean, the room too. The staff is very friendly and smiling, especially the front-of-house manager of the hotel restaurant. Restaurant: it’s a shame that the choice on the menu doesn’t change more often. Sinn good fresh produce, and hearty dishes. The huge Caesar salad, magnificent, excellent and very well presented. Excellent bedding And no noise from the hallway or from the bedrooms A small downside with the TV channels: no access to all the channels when we were there and as it was the weekend the person who takes care of it was not present

The person at my check out was really disrespectful, aggressive, inconvenient and spoke badly 😣. she chased us down the hall before check-out time, supposedly we were trying to escape without paying the bill for breakfast the night before (just a croissant and a coffee, by the way) I explained to her that I was just doing a lap !!! She didn't want to, she was hounding me, it looks like she knew me from the start. Customer service to review because frankly 0/100 this level they have no respect.

- A l'accueil à la réception par un homme plein d'attention et que je découvre ensuite être un extra. - Au petit-déjeuner, des serveurs et managers avec des mots, un regard, un sourire, une présence - Une femme de chambre charmante qui nous explique l'utilité du lève-lit que je découvre en espérant que ce soit bientôt installé dans tous les hôtels - Et la réception au moment du départ où Marceau apprécie tant notre retour positif que j'en fais un post sur linkedin

Hotel agréable près du centre ville (10 min à pied) et d'un joli jardin. Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. Ideal pour les familles car il existe des chambres très spacieuse en réservant une Suite. Petit dejeuner qualitatif. Un hôtel facile d accès. Parking payant si pas de place à l extérieur

Ci hanno dato l'unica suite ad un prezzo ragionevole, praticamente due camere, 1 bagno, zona cucina, zona water, due schermi, cassaforte, molto bello. Garage sotto la struttura, privato. Personale al check-in poco empatico, frettoloso, ok quello della sala colazione e bar. Colazione buona, moquette sporca in quest'area. Il centro Caffarelli è a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro, e l'esterno è lasciato molto andare. La sera non è un gran che, abbiamo pure preso un taxi per rientrare e davanti all'hotel poche luci. Basterebbe poco per riqualificare davanti.
