一開始入住的時候有一位會講中文的前台工作人員不錯，非常親切，但恐怖的是退房的時候另外一個前台員工居然多刷了我一筆房費，本來我的房費已經在網上付款了，我以為是要用我的信用卡刷卡退按金，結果非常業餘的又刷了我一次房費，這是我住酒店幾十年第一次遇到這樣的情況，簡直太業餘了！而且這還是號稱五星級酒店！但隨後酒店的處理方式讓人震驚，我説再刷一次我的信用卡把房費再退回就可以了，前台員工竟然拒絕，我又提出可以用現金退給我，前台員工依然強硬拒絕，最後他跟經理商量之後，要求我提供我中國的銀行收款賬户，給我轉賬，大家也都知道國內賬户接收外幣有多麻煩，而且我也沒有外幣收款賬户，無奈衹能提供了一個我公司的外幣收款賬户，但是遲遲兩個月公司賬户收不到錢，攜程客服聯繫酒店多次，各種理由和説辭，還又讓我再次提供銀行收款賬户，提供了還是收不到退款，後來攜程客服再次聯繫之後酒店給提供了一張顯示為信用卡退款的截圖忽悠我説1周左右就會收到，結果三週了依然收不到退款，最後連攜程客服都已經不再信任酒店，直接把我的訂單從平台退款給我，然後攜程再去找酒店處理，真的是太噁心了，第一次遇到這樣沒有誠信的酒店！

酒店特別棒，位置超級好，下樓就是市政廣場，其他景點也步行就能到達，樓下餐廳眾多，不愁吃晚飯，早餐品種很多，品質很好！
