I had a great 19-night stay at this apart-hotel in Toulouse. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, even going the extra mile to provide a temporary extra room for my daughter to sleep during nearby construction work.
The location is good – a small supermarket is less than a minute from the entrance, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. It's also conveniently close to Toulouse's "Asian area," with Asian supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Toulouse!

Hotel location is about 5 mins walk away from Toulouse Matabiau Train station (the main train station) so it’s very convenient if you’re connecting to and fro by train.
Hotel is undergoing some minor exterior renovation works which means some inconvenience in getting to the entrance.
Room which I was given was at the topmost floor corner room. The view of Toulouse city from the room was absolutely stunning. Room was super big and spacious. However, the cleanliness of the utensils and cutlery in their kitchenette was very questionable. I didn’t dare use the kettle because it looks nasty. There seems to be some foul smell coming out of the air con in the bedroom which irks me. Continental breakfast was actually not too bad.

There is a living room and bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out, which is the most spacious stop for sleeping. The breakfast variety is generally European standard.

Comme toujours excellent ! J ai même eu droit à un petit balcon pour prendre le café. Seul bémol la portabilité du wifi mais pas de problème j ai utilisé le partage de connexion avec mon téléphone.

Bon accueil, établissement bien situé. Douche pas optimale, produits salle de bain sentent très bon, gardez les ! Table basse dans le salon sur 3 pieds pas stable. Kitchenette très bien fournie. Pièces spatieuses. Merci de nous avoir attribuer l'appartement avec terrasse. Liteterie confortable.

Apparement confortable
Je suis resté 7 nuit dans cet appartement hôtel plutôt bien situé, à côté de la gare, à 10 minutes à pied de la place Wilson et 20 minutes de la place de la Capitole.
J'ai finalement pu faire pas mal de chose à pied.
L'accueil se situe au 1er étage (correspond au 8e étage de l'immeuble, les étages précédents appartenant au Pullman) cela peut être déroutant au début.
Ma chambre que j'ai eu était de très bonne taille et ma famille et moi avant été très à l'aise.
Le personnel était très aimable.
Le seul point gênant pour ma part est que l'ascenseur marque toujours un arrêt à l'étage de l'accueil que ce soit pour descendre que pour monter (je suis impatient de base et perdre 10secondes à chaque fois ....) je pinaille, ce n'est rien de grave.
Je recommande sans problème cet hôtel, j'y retournerai probablement lors de mon prochain voyage.
