The price is too cheap for what it is, mini bar free in the room...but there is just water! The minimum price is to have drinks...

The kid at reception when we arrived was very kind. We could not warn that we were going with a baby, and he got us the cuna at the moment. The studio was like in the photos. No great luxury, but with everything needed. The hotel is located in the hotel's parking area, just 5 minutes from Capitole. The hotel has a supermarket right next to the hotel to get the necessary food.

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

The apartment is superb and can be checked in early, the front desk is super friendly. The access control is very safe. The high floor view is good for sunsets and sunrises. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. Convenient transportation, diagonally opposite the Asian restaurant street. The only downside is that the breakfast is small and the price is not high.

* If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with all amenities: There is a free coffee machine in the lobby around the clock with coffee and hot chocolate, and there is a Brita water dispenser to press still water and sparkling water. The Pantry has all the necessary cooking utensils and dining supplies, and best of all, there is also a dishwasher and enough dishwasher cleaning tablets to buy groceries back to the apartment to cook. There are plenty of places to hang clothes, especially in the shower room where you can open the wall hanging clothes rack. The hotel lobby is decorated very intagramble, every corner is beautiful to take pictures, the place to eat breakfast is a little walk into the lobby, very comfortable, although the food is mainly cold things: yogurt, cold cut, fruit, crepe, pancake, cake , bread, etc., want hot food to boil your own eggs or drink coffee. The hotel is super conveniently located, just walk out to the Garonne River, two steps to the famous Toulouse representative attraction L'hôpital de La Grave, cross the river and walk for about 15 minutes to the Capitol Square and various attractions in the city center. If you don't want to cook yourself, walk outside the square and it's already very busy. There are many good restaurants where you can chill and feel the local atmosphere. The only thing to note is that there is no room cleaning service, and don't expect 100% very clean, the toilet in my room is from time to time a few ants walk through, some places a little hair yeah, a little stain, to the hotel in Europe hot It is inevitable. However, I think the flaws outweigh the advantages and overall very satisfied!

Spacious room with great accessibility equipments. Accommodating staff. Nice stay really adds fun for fly enthusiasts like me, as I saw Beluga during my trip specially for Airbus tour ❤️

The room is spacious and the atmosphere is warm. However, the surrounding environment is a bit desolate and the room cleaning is a bit flawed.

Very good location if it is just an stopover. Near to the airport but also near to.the city center to go for dinner. A bit old outside but renovated inside.

No service, basically self-service. There is no need to worry about hygiene and comfort. It's because it's a bit like the apartment-style accommodation in large units in China. It feels like there is only a dormitory manager in the whole building. Every door is locked and there is no sound at all, so the sense of security is a bit lacking. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe it as having no worldly air. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is difficult to buy food. Without a car, you can't go too far to buy food. The road was full of cars and few pedestrians, and there was not much of a bustling atmosphere. My mother and I traveled on our own, and his father did not go, so we felt insecure. Actually, there were no accidents. We went to see the Airbus headquarters museum. Anyway, there is no atmosphere of fireworks. It is very close to Airbus headquarters. Taxi 12 euros. 20 minutes walk. The locals should live a relatively closed life, and are very self-centered and uncivilized in ideology. They are the kind of people who have never seen a bigger or better world, and think that owning the Airbus headquarters means they own the whole world, and they are the only ones who are superior to others.
