Room not up to basic standard and facility with rude, poor customer service. The room air conditioning wasn't working. The assistant manager on the Facility at the time by the name of Deandrea Castillo, was very rude and basically told us to deal with it. They refused to give us another room or refund our money when we decided to go to another hotel with basic amenities like a working air conditioner. Recommend travellers look elsewhere

Stayed here for an Indian wedding. I would not do so again. Let me start with the only positive. The rooms are spacious. There are no safes on the rooms. People did not get their rooms until 430. The manager who handles weddings is terrible. Stephanie is not personable. She refused to speak to the planner, the groom, the grooms family, or even the brides family. Onky the Bride, who is so busy and stressed out. Really?!, not even the planner. She made things more difficult than it had to be. I love Marriotts, but not this one. Stephanie was unpleasant and not approachable to deal with.

Overall, a very nice hotel. The location is a ways off the road, so very quiet. The room was in very good condition, plenty of outlets around the room, plenty of counterspace in the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was kind of low.

I had a work event to attend nearby. The room layout and size were excellent, and the beds were comfortable. However, the hotel location leaves much to be desired unless you are there for meetings in the office park in which it is located. Otherwise, to get anywhere requires getting on the highway. You can not walk anywhere. Also, the lighting in the room, especially in the hallway and bathroom, are very poor, and the water pressure in the shower is terrible. The room was clean except for the bathroom, which had mildew - See the attached photos.

Very much appreciate the front desk team, they are courteous and helpful, and provide a caliber of service above what you might expect at a Courtyard property. The entire hotel is very clean - lobby, eatery area, main lobby restroom and of course our room. While the hotel might lack beautiful surroundings - it is tucked away behind an office building - the courtyard out back is very nice with garden and seating areas! Many, including us, will find it a very convenient location with the Willowbrook shopping mall and countless other stores & restaurants literally minutes away, and easy access to/from Rts 46, 3, 80 and Garden State Parkway. I’m sure we will be back!

I stayed here on 11/28 for 1 night. I reported to Management some issues with the loudness in and around my room they offered me a 50% discount because they were unable to relocate me to new room due to hotel being sold out. I never got my discount/refund. I left multiple voicemails and emails for the GM who still hasn't responded. Is it that hard to return a call or email???? Eventually I called Marriott Corp and they offered me 5,000 Marriot points...useless.

Had to stay here after I left Home2 Suites in Wayne due to how disgusting it was. This hotel was OK. Staff was unattentive but the room was clean which is all I needed after my experience at Home2. Happy I had a place to stay and was thankful hilton made my booking easy.

First off, the room and bed are ok, typical mold / dirt in corners of shower - standard for this price range and brand. Had a room on the second floor, sounded like a heard of elephants above starting at 4am, I could also hear the person on the phone in the room next to me like I was in the same room, lacking any tyoe of sound proofing or insulation. If you have to stay here make sure you are on the third floor. Hi Speed Wifi for memebers didn't work, had to use the dial up speed version. Not a place you will get work done. What others said about the location is spot on, tough to find. Also, Courtyard please pass on the canned response. Unless you tear the hotel down and rebuild it with concrete floors instead of wood there isn't anything you can do.
