An amazing ranch experience - highly recommended
An amazing place to stay - we would go straight back if we could… the staff were all so friendly, very well trained and helpful - reflecting the culture of the owners, who came to have dinner there themselves one evening and to chat to all the guests - obviously still very much interested in maintaining the quality of the hotel.
As for things to do, the food was fantastic, with the friendly chef coming out to the table to explain the menu and to check that the courses were ok for us ; the wine also amazing, with a fun wine tasting experience with a lovely sommelier; lazing by the pool and maybe best of all, going horse riding with a lovely gaucho, inspite of not having ridden before - another experience ticked off the bucket list !

La calidad de la cocina, los hermosos lugares que recorremos en las cabalgatas, la experiencia de la granja, la calidez de cada una de las personas que nos asisten, todo contribuye, entre otras cosas, a que cada año querramos volver.

This was my second visit to El Colibrí and it did not disappoint. The grounds, the food, and, above all, the staff are beyond excellent. Everyone went far to ensure that my stay was perfect and I can not be more grateful. In particular I wish to thank Augusto, Carlos, Sofía, and Sebastián: really great people. Córdoba is a magical place and El Colibrí is no exception.

La gastronomía por el precio que cobran dejo bastante que desear, primer día "medio pacu y un poquito de verduras al disco ", nunca nos ofrecieron repetir , además te cobran la gaseosa y el vino , repito por el precio del alojamiento no me parece correcto , segundo dia y domingo , me esperaba un asado , costillar , cabrito , nada de eso , un triste brochette que encima las verduras estaban super crudas , la verdad he viajado por todo el mundo , soy un muy buen comensal , muy flojo todo eso ./ La zona de la pileta media abandonada , las toallas duras como una lija , repito , el precio de la estadía es oneroso , me imaginaba mejor todo , de una estancia que se jacta ser de las mejores .- El personal excelente , todos muy predispuestos y serviciales ./ Una lastima el resto . Saludos

Truly unique and hard to find again. A lovely property, huge estancia with great scenery and wildlife including many horses, alpacas, sheep, … but the best is the team! In particular I need to mention Sofia, Léo and Carlos. So warm and authentic - we will come back for sure

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay here. From the moment we were picked up till the moment we were dropped off everything was perfect. The meals were all incredible. Every horseback ride was a dream, ensuring that we saw and experienced different things every time. The staff was perfection. Our room was lovely. The grounds and farm are something out of a fairy tale. I did not want to leave! Special thanks to Sofia, Leo, Carlito, Franco, and Hernan for making an already incredible stay much more!
