Sono stato tre giorni per il primo maggio con la mia famiglia. Ottimo hotel in felicissima posizione ben curato con camera per quattro confortevole e con vista eccezionale. Pulizia, cortesia ed ottima cucina completano un quadro eccellente.

bella location, direttamente sul lago, con giardino privato, camere molto ampie grazie al soppalco, arredamento bello a meno del soppalco che è un pò scarso per il livello della struttura, il parcheggio è un ****** per alto numero di auto, colazione e cena ottime per scelta e qualità

Bellissima struttura storica sul lago di Garda. La camera dava purtroppo sulla strada, ma sul retro c'è un magnifico giardino direttamente sul lago. Stanza confortevole e con un suo stile. Unica pecca: non fornivano la colazione, ma solo un paio di fette biscottate nella stanza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Sauberkeit und Zustand stark verbesserungswürdig
Leider war unser Zimmer im EG von dem wir einen tollen Blick auf den Gardasee und direkten Zugang zum Garten hatten sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Klimaanlage hing die Verkleidung weg, Sockelleisten sehr schmutzig und beschädigt, die Dusche und das Bad benötigen eine Grundreinigung. Sehr kleine enge Dusche. Hund dürfen beim Frühstück innen sein sondern man muss auf der Terasse ditzen was eigentlich schön wäre aber nur wenn es nicht regnen würde.

Schöne Haus am Gardasee
Ein sehr gut geführtes Haus mit vortrefflichem Personal, direkt an der Uferstraße und somit mit eigenem Seezugang gelegen.
Der Zugang ins Wasser entspricht leider nicht dem 4-Sterne-Niveau, die kühle Erfrischung ließ sich dennoch jederzeit genießen!
Das Frühstück entspricht gehobenem Standard, die Dachterrasse lädt auch in Aussenbereich dazu ein!
Das Spa habe ich genutzt und kann hierzu keine Meinung äußern.
Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder einkehren!

Soggiorno di 3 notti. Camere antiche con odore di chiuso. Pulizia inesistente, le tazze e i cucchiaini sporchi non sono stati cambiati, abbiamo dovuto richiederlo esplicitamente!! I bicchieri di carta del bagno porta spazzolini , sporchi non sono stati cambiati, abbiamo dovuto richiederli due giorni consecutivi. Colazione scarsa, le uova sia strapazzate che sode sempre fredde, fortunatamente il nuovo metre ha già richiesto si proprietari di cambiare modalità di cottura e conservazione, peccato non esserci quando accadrà. Si consiglia vivamente di rivedere gli standard delle pulizie!!!! Un hotel che si “dichiara “ 4 stelle deve essere pulito! Non può un cliente richiedere quotidianamente ciò che di base e di buon senso deve essere scontato!!! Il wc è stato pulito probabilmente l’ultima volta quando hanno costruito la struttura, tutto è da rimodernare e restaurare, allo stato attuale 2 stelle sono idonee. Il check in alle 16.00, check out alle 10.30, non si capisce a cosa servano 5 ore e 30 minuti quando le camere non vengono pulite….
