Such a cozy place in a good location. All staffs were so nice with their smiles, making me feel cozier. Plus, there is an laptop mirrored to the TV, allowing you to watch Netflix or Youtube.
I will definitely visit here again if I get an opportunity to visit Torun!

This little hotel was just lovely and the perfect complement for our stay in Torun! We stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the location in old town with everything you want to see within a few minutes' walk. The staff were so sweet and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh made omelettes and pancakes and so much more. There was even a guitar player one morning. The dining room is cozy and quaint, downstairs in the historic building. Just lovely! Our room (Comfort Double King) was simple but spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The summer weather was warmer than expected so we definitely appreciated the A/C. The bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well. I only wish our room had a proper shower. I know the "euro tub" is common but it's difficult to use when you aren't used to it. Note that all rooms require some stairs. There is no elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor but it wasn't bad, even with suitcases. Not sure I'd want a room on a higher floor for this reason, however. Highly recommend this hotel for an adults only getaway in lovely Torun!

It is a lovely historic building very close to all the attractions. Only a short bus ride from the train station too. Being historic there is no elevator, so stairs only which was ok for us (4th floor), but won't suit everyone. Room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. No internet connection on tv though. Staff were all really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was a stand out - delicious fresh crepes and omelettes to order.

I highly recommend this hotel very efficient, cheerful and helpful members of staff cosy little double room with air conditioning superb breakfast buffet with hands on Chef to offer hot freshly cooked eggs of your choice and on Sunday a delicious home made sausage soup followed by the most scrumptious eggs Benedict the best I have ever eaten and free glasses of champagne to wash it all down. Outside was private street parking for my car which in town was very convenient for me,

The hotel was easy to find. They have several private parking spots nearby for which you pay extra. Good location. Large comfy room. Stairs a little steep. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and abundant.

Hotel consists of two connected old town houses just inside the old town. It is easily to reach with public transport and car from the main streets. Parking space is located in the street directly opposite the hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful and has a very good command of English. Owing to the buildings' age, there is no lift and rooms are of different sizes. Mine was rather small. However, it was clean and fully controllable by an iPad (lights, shutters etc). The bathroom was more spacious modern and clean.

After making the reservation and confirming it by the hotel, I was informed by e-mail that there was no possibility of arriving at the hotel earlier - one hour, which I had indicated in the standard reservation form. I tried to call by phone, the phone was ignored by the hotel. Then I wrote in the correspondence space for the hotel. Also no trace of contact with the hotel - my email was ignored. Of course, I canceled the reservation, because rudeness is everywhere lately, but I don't want to pay for it. It is not known what behavior of hoteliers I would encounter in Toruń. Brrr...

This is a beautiful hotel in the UNESCO Old Town of Toruń. It is an amazing old building with an exclusive feel and an aire of elegance. The dinners and breakfast are served in the downstairs - an authentically brick-lined dining area. The food and wine selection is excellent. The staff at the Petit Fleur are friendly and enthusiastic. It is more of an experience than just a hotel, and it feels like going back a few hundred years and staying in an old luxurious estate. I can highly recommend the Petit Fleur in Toruń.
