The hotel is very good ,
Breakfast is super amazing
But staff was not good.
I will not stay here again,
The bowling area incharge Paul, mid- behaved us and he doesn’t even. Know how to talk with guests/ customer.
It seems, he’s a raciest coz of my ethnicity.

Świetny hotel . Pyszne śniadania,czysciutko w pokojach na basenie i częściach wspólnych. Bardzo miła obsługa. Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji,blisko do starego miasta, można zwiedzać nie korzystając wcale z komunikacji ani auta. Hotel na wysokim poziomie ,pełna kultura obsługi. Polecam . A gdy znów będę w Toruniu na pewno się tu zatrzymam .

Zaczynając od początku.. Parking całkiem spory, więc jest spora łatwość znalezienia miejsca postojowego. Hotel nie jest najnowszy, widać ślady wyeksploatowania, szczególnie w łazience. Przydałaby się konserwacja lub wymiana zużytych elementów. Bar przyzwoity, dobry wybór napojów. Restauracja zbyt mała, przez co na śniadaniu brakuje stolików i trzeba wychodzić z posiłkiem poza restaurację do baru. Ścisk przy wejściu do restauracji ze względu na pojemniki z żywnością ustawione przy wejściu. Jeden ekspres do kawy na cały hotel powoduje sporą kolejkę do poidełka. Strefa basenowa przyzwoita. Basen raczej mały i płytki, tylko 3 tory. Do SPA nie da się umówić, brak wolnych terminów na zabiegi czy masaże. Sauny zbyt małe i krótko czynne w tygodniu. Strefa basenowa udostępniana dla gości spoza hotelu, mimo bardzo ograniczonej przestrzeni. Pokój czysty i przestronny, ale słychać hałas z napędu windy. Ogólnie pobyt raczej udany, ale nie wrócę. W tej cenie można wykupić pobyt w lepszych obiektach.
