Best hotel in Torun, great food very good service, clean, guest is number one this is how it should be! Normaly I do not give full stars but Filmar and their team deserve more

Nice room, windows were for a backyard so it was not noisy. Excellent breakfest. I will come back tere.

Die Begrüßung war gut, der ältere Kollege an der Rezeption auch. In der Bar ( 20:45 ) war die Begrüßung sehr unangenehm der Kellner vermittelt einen eindeutigen Eindruck das man nicht gerne gesehen wird. Die Bestellung wurde halbherzig aufgenommen, und wie es geschah hatte er die Vorspeise vergessen. Dann wollte ich noch Espresso bestellen 21:50 Uhr das ginge nicht mehr wegen der Küche in anderen Hotels kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind okay, Sauberkeit okay, Bad angenehme Größe. Zur Übernachtung gut geeignet.
